Description of Work: I needed work on a gas dryer that was not heating. Jordan was prompt, courteous and knowledgible . He explained the gas dryers do not have "elements". He replaced 3 igniter/fuses and voila we have heat again.

Description of Work: A-1 team came promptly and analysis the problem quickly on my freeze-up refrigerator. They did not have the original defrost timer replacement part with them but they were able to use a modified replacement part to make it work. So far it is still working fine. Thanks.

First technician replaced it and the control unit (comes as a package). 1 day later, still not cold in fridge. Owner came out with son, figured out a wire was not connected properly and was running great. Didn't charge extra. Sometimes you know a company better when things don't go well and you see if they stand behind their work - they came through. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Had a problem with the freezer not being cold on a Kenmore refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. Unit is 12 years old. Tommy (the owner) and his son showed up on time for the appointment. Kenmore brand is made by various manufacturers and turns out my is an Amana. They knew immediately where to look for the problem. They showed me where the copper tube had developed a leak and the coolant had escaped. In less than 45 minutes they had completed the repair. They guarantee their work for 2 years!
