Technician knew exactly what to do. After ordering the rubber seal, he came back a few days later and completed servicing the freezer. Ice maker now works great.

My fridge had been making a weird sound for a while and on a Saturday it started to get warm. I called A-1 early in the morning, hoping to just leave a message, but they actually answered! They were able to get someone out the same day and fixed my fridge in no time. They literally saved my bacon (and milk, eggs, butter, etc.)

Jordan arrived promptly and ready to work on our LG fridge freezer. He took a look at the issue and immediately new what the problem was. I asked several questions and he was glad to explained why the issue occurred and what was needed to repair it. He was very aware and paid special attention to protect the hardwood in the kitchen. Jordan was clearly very knowledgeable about LG appliances and applice repair in general. He cleaned the surrounding area when he finished the repairs and followed through with giving me some tips to avoid further issues. I will definitely be calling A1 Accomplished Appliance if I have any appliance repairs in the future and would recommend this family owned business to everyone.

Jordan arrived exactly on time. He was professional and quick in diagnosing the problem. He had to defrost the refrigerator and replace the heating element. This took about 2 hours. I would definitely defrost the refrigerator before I called someone next time so we wouldn't have to use time to defrost the fridge. Slightly pricey in the end, but got the job done quickly, arrived when he said he would, and responded quickly to inquiries. Overall, a job well done.

In our previous conversation we had talked about times so that I would not miss as much of work as possible. Talked about time earlier in the morning, but decided and agreed upon the time frame of 3-4 in the afternoon. Took half the day off the be there for our agreed upon appointment. They did not show for appointment time scheduled between 3-4 pm. I called to find out where they were, was informed by the business that I was not even on the books for an appointment and that I was supposed to call him back to schedule.

He was in and out in 30mins

I called the company and that day the repairman came to fix the dishwasher. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and addressed the issue quickly. It was great having a repairman in my house that was confident, knew what he was doing and able to address the problem immediately. If I need any appliance repairs in the future, I will call A-1 Accomplished again.

They were here within 15 minutes of my call, and cleaned up and gone within the hour! GREAT service- Thanks!

Tom was scheduled to look at the dryer on Monday between 10:00 a.m. and Noon. At 3:00 p.m. I phoned to ask if he was coming. He said he had forgotten about our appointment; explaining he wrote it on the back of a page in his notebook and simply didn't turn the page when he was putting the days schedule together that morning. He said he would come on Tuesday between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. He did not show up Tuesday and he did not call. Wednesday morning he called at 10:00 a.m. and said he was in the area and asked if this would be a good time to look at the dryer. My good sense knew I needed to walk away from this repair person. My desire to stop going to the laundry mat over rode my good sense. I had difficulty finding anyone that could service this particular unit so with much hesitation I said yes. When I asked why he did not show up or call Tuesday afternoon he replied that his truck broke down and he had left a message (I never received a message). Once he finally arrived he easily diagnosed the problem, provided a lot of helpful advice for the dryer as well as advice for issues I was having with my fridge. His manner was friendly and upbeat. While he was here he ordered the parts and we set the repair appointment for the following Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and Noon. I watched him scribble this onto a page in his spiral notebook. At 1:00 p.m. on the following Wednesday I called to ask how much later he was going to be ? he replied that our appointment was for Thursday. In the interest of full disclosure it must be said that I lost my cool and was unpleasant. After concluding our call I tried to find another repair person and did make a tentative appointment in case Tom didn?t show up on Thursday. I knew my dryer would be down for at least another week and a half if I had to start the process all over again and that is the ONLY reason I kept the Thursday appointment with Tom. A young man showed up at noon on Thursday. He was very polite but lacked professionalism. He didn?t introduce himself, he set the dryer drum on the rug (I put down a drop cloth and asked him to please put parts on the drop cloth instead of the rug), and he didn?t sweep up after himself before he left. To do the job he had to borrow a step stool and paper towels. I had no problem providing these to him; it?s only worth noting because it helps tell the complete story of a business that is poorly organized. It appears the dryer has been successfully repaired; the service came with a 2-years parts and labor warranty; Tom showed himself to be knowledgeable in his field. Those are 3 good attributes for a company. From my experience it seems the company would greatly benefit from someone other than the repairmen managing scheduling, communication and customer service. I look for good service from the service industry, respect for my valuable time and quality goods at a fair price. While I do feel the pricing was fair, the poor service and repeated lack of consideration for my time would keep me from calling this company again.

They were incredibly wonderful and really, really nice. We had a mix up on the date, but they arrived early and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very thorough and explained everything. They even told me how to prevent that from happening in the future. I have them coming back out to look at my dishwasher.

Great service. Was able to get same-day appointment. Tommy and Tommy Jr arrived promptly for our appointment. Diagnosed problem quickly and had it fixed in a jiffy. Replaced the compressor starting parts - no new compressor needed. 2 year parts & labor warranty. Made sure the fridge cycled on correctly to ensue the problem was taken care of. Cleaned up work area thoroughly and replaced the fridge carefully. I will recommend them and will call them again.

This is my worst experience of appliance repair. I will never used A1 and I will not recommend them to anybody. I doubt they have the technical skill to fix dishwasher issue if the problem is not straightforward, and the service is poor. They came on 3/17, claiming that they have fixed the issue. We used it afterwards, it was not fixed. The leakage is still there. Then we scheduled them to last Wednesday. I had something came up last Wednesday, so I called them ahead of time to reschedule it to today. I took today off at home to wait for them. There was no notification that they could not make the appointment until I called them. Per my work schedule, I cannot make it on Friday or Saturday. It has to be pushed out further. I was trying to make my husband meet them on Friday. Later, they just said that it should be a plumbing issue and asked me to call somebody else. Plus they don't want to work for me any more because "my schedule is hard to work out". I paid their service. The problem is not fixed. They don't take responsible of their promise. Now I will have to call someone else to start over again. Worse experience ever.

I have a Samsung dryer that I really like. However, one day I took the filter out to clean it, and started the dryer by accident without the filter in place. A shirt was sucked into the filter hole and got wrapped around the drum and into a fan and the dryer made a horrible noise. I tried everything to pull the shirt out, but it would not budge. I called multiple appliance repair places and they all told me they would not work on Samsung dryers because they could not get parts for them. I told them that I didn't think it would need any parts I just needed the shirt removed. A-1 was the only place that said they would come out and give it a shot. They arrived the next day. When the technician arrived he worked very quickly taking apart the entire dryer(So glad I didn't try it myself, much more complicated than I expected) he was able to remove the shirt and the dryer worked perfectly. 1)They listened to my problem when no one else would help. 2)They scheduled an appointment quickly for the next day. 3) They arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame 4) They worked quickly and efficiently and explained to me what they were doing along the way. 5) They fixed the problem. 6) They charged a fair price and didn't try to add anything extra. 7) Would definitely recommend and use them again. .

Call 4/3/2015 looking for someone to repair my stove as there was an error code. I was having Dinner for the Family on Easter and needed the oven. They called back within 1/2 hour and gave me a quote on fixing it on Saturday. They arrived on time and went right to work. The new computer board was replaced and checked out all within an hour. I wrote a check and was told I would get a 5% discount as advertised on Angie's List. This was not included on the invoice, but will call them on Monday.

It went extremely well. The repairman was able to show up on the same day we called and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He also gave us some tips on keeping the dishwasher clean. We will definitely use this company in the future.

We called A-1 in the morning on 8/25/14 and they were able to schedule a same day repair of our 14 yr old Kenmore washer. The washer stopped working over the weekend and would not drain between the wash and rinse cycles. The service technician was one of the sons of the owner of the business. He came out and diagnosed the problem within the first 5-minutes, went out to the truck to get the part, replaced it, tested it, and we were back to washing clothes within 30 minutes. Great service, knowledgeable technician, family-owned business, two year parts and labor warranty. All around great experience.

I called at 8pm and they had someone out there in less than 24 hours. He took apart the door, then put it back together and the dishwasher worked. He had a part ready for the most likely thing contributing to the malfunction. I was only charged for a service call because somehow it worked after being put back together.

He gave me an estimate as soon as he looked at the fridge. He opened freezer panel and revealed a giant brick of ice around the freezer element. He meticulously melted the ice, then replaced the heating element to prevent further ice formation. He also documented on the sales receipt that he stands behind the parts and his work for a year ( it may have been 2 years, I dont recall). service was friendly and fast. I would use and recommend him to my friends and family.
