I was highly impressed with this business as a whole, but most especially, the customer service was phenomenal. Lloyd Evans was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, organized and trust worthy. We had two door repairs and one installation. All three projects were well done. The price we paid was fair. I wish I had more doors so I could hire them again!

Lloyd was outstanding!! He showed up on time and when I explained what I needed he suggested he could possibly repair the door instead of having to replace it and he was correct. He repaired both sliding glass doors and they work wonderfully. I highly recommend this firm, you will be well pleased with quality of the work and customer service are exceptional.

I needed repair on a custom built VG Fir sliding door and called about 8 different door companies. Lee was the first to call me back. I was told by several other companies that I may need to replace the whole sliding. Lee came out, he can repair the sliding door, repair the lock on it (which had been broken for years) and did an amazing job. He also fixed another door which was hard to open free of charge. Lee was extremely professional, exceedingly polite, and a pleasure to do business with. Exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again!!

Oh my gosh. I contacted them, Lee came out quickly, when he said he would and he fixed our exterior sliding glass door quickly and told my retired 80-year old husband there was no charge. That is unheard of in this day and age. I will hire them again when we need work done and this time expect to reimburse this company for what I know will be a fair charge.

I then asked Lloyd to also look at my garage door and he was able to repair that as well. I'm extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received and I highly recommend him for any work you need on door repairs.

Repair man arrived just when he said he would. Examined the door and then explained his proposed repair with an estimate. When accepted, he went right to work and was done in good time.
