I'm not a handyman and I needed someone to provide and install a storm door for me. I got an extremely quick response from this company, with options to meet my needs and budget, and an excellent craftsman installation by Lee. There aren't many times when you can say this, but I would recommend Washington Door Service to anybody in my family. They provided a great value all the way around.

they were super prompt on a service call. Originally planned a door replacement but after consultation and the fact they had experience, we had our deck slider serviced instead. This, of course, saved us considerably. We were very pleased with the attitude and professionalism demonstrated.

These people know what they are doing and do it well. They were very customer concious,, listened carefully, scheduled and completed the job as promised. Very nice to work with.

Surpassed our expectations. They didn't back down or try to gloss over an unexpected discovery in the floorboards..they corrected the situation, which was beyond the door install, and charged a pretty nominal fee for it. Wewill definitely hire them again.

I'm new to Washington and not familiar with any services up until now. I literally entered what I needed into service magic and within minutes received a call from Washington Door Service. Lee is amazing. His demeanor, level of professionalism, and finished product was great. BTW, I locked myself out of the house in the garage with no phone or keys and a 4 month on the couch...I broke through the door and damaged the frame. Definitely would recommend and use for any future needs that may arise.

Our front door was kicked in at 11:30AM Called Service Magic for help finding a contractor to replace the door at 1:20PM While on the phone with Service Magic, Lloyd from Washington Door Service was calling me. I was impressed. At 2:50PM Lloyd and his co worker were at my house sizing up the materials that would be needed. They went to purchase the door and materials and had the job completed by 6PM. Wonderful company to work with. Great work, Great guys, and left the area cleaner that when they go there. Call these guys if a door is needed in your house.

Washington Door Service was great. They are very professional, have fantastic follow up, and did a great job on our doors. They were the only company to bring a new idea to our project. We are extremely happy that we used them and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
