Very fast response

The technician tried his hardest to fix the window. I have to give the technician an "A" for effort and customer service as he tried everything he knew. He was also a very pleasant person. If the window had been fixed, I thought it was still overpriced for the problem. At the end, the technician did not charge me as he was unsuccessful in the endeavor.

Lee and his companion did an outstanding job replacing my sliding door glass outside pane. They cleaned their work area after the job was completed. Both were very professional and very friendly.

Waitd 2 months to make sure repair was top-notch and did not require additioanl service. I'm glad to report after our crazy Seattle snow/rainstorms, the sliding door has held up well! LLoyd and his son are great! They are thorough with their work, and they did a great job. I'd use them gain when the time comes up.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. The initial quote was outside our budget so we were offered an alternative that was very reasonable. Lee did a wonderful job installing a dog door and adding trim-work that matched perfectly. I would hire him and Washington Door again without reservation.

We hired this family owned company & glad we did! Their customer service is second to none. They installed 2 sets of double doors at our Church & what an awesome job! Also, one of the 4 doors went bad, & they came right out, inspected it, ordered another door & made sure it was double protected! We couldn't have asked for better service! Thank you to Lloyd & Lee! Very friendly and got here quickly to give us an estimate. The workmanship was great, and the quality of the door and hardware was great. My only very small complaint was that we had to call to check in on the status of the door, and it seemed like they had forgotten about our order. But it was right around Christmas, and I think they were really busy, so I got the feeling it was unusual for them to overlook an order. In any case, we will use them again if we ever need another door installed!

The job was done without any delays. The work was excellent. The clean-up afterwards was excellent. I would recommend this company highly.

While the project was pretty straight forward LLoyd suggested an alternative that not only fixed my problem but improved the appearance of my home and greatly reduced the chances of a recurrence. The project was finished as scheduled and the workmanship was first class. We are really pleased with the outcome of this project enough so that we had them do two other projects that we had originally planned on doing at a later date.
