My husband and I have been staying in our bedroom with very little privacy due to our bedroom doors being broke. We are at ease now, because our door is fixed. I would definetely recommend Washington Door Service. Lee came out right away, he was very nice. He repaired our door in no time. We recieved such great service, we are extremely happy with their company.

They're a small shop with lot's of experience between them. They gave us lot's of good ideas when they were taking measurements for the bid. When we asked them to schedule the job, they came by to get a sample of the existing door to match the stain and scheduled to return in the next two weeks. Lee communicated well about when he would arrive and arrived on time. He had everything he needed and got the work done quickly. He installed my doorknobs on the new doors and even installed some I had bought for the ones we didn't replace. He left us some of the stain to touch up the old doors and he took all his trash with him. Excellent service!

Lee responded to our request and set up a time the next day to go over the project. The written estimate was also detailed and provided in a very timely way. Lee was very professional and asked all the right questions to get the details of what we needed. Lee kept me informed about the status of the door that had to be customized for us and gave us a timeline for the project. The work was done by Lee and Lloyd and each repair was done perfectly. The new door was not only installed but was designed with the same trim we have in the rest of the house. We were thrilled with outcome and the service provided by Washington Door Service.

We were called immeditately. We received attention on our project the next day. We were told that everything would be done to repair the door, if possible, so we would not have to invest in a new one before we were ready. We were kept informed of the status on finding parts, etc. and, indeed, the parts were found and the repair was finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased with how it is working and would recommend this service hightly.

Lloyd sent me an email and followed up with a phone call immediately after I checked his referral box. He came to his appointment on time and completed the project immediately and stayed within his quote. I am hiring him to do other door projects. It is a pleasure doing business with his company.
