Moshe is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Not only is he unresponsive during the project (literally had delays for at least 8 months with minimal communication) but after the project was complete I had to ask for SEVERAL adjustments to the final invoice due to double charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A BIG PROJECT. THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE IT.

Their project manager, Tom, and production manager, Ben, were exceptional. Tom's prompt evening inspection on the same day we reported a leak showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. The next day, Tom and Ben's team, including roofer Israel, swiftly addressed the issue, preventing potential major damage from ice dams and adverse weather. Ben and Tom's hands-on approach ensured the roofers, led by Israel, had everything they needed, guaranteeing the project's high standards. The use of HDZ Shingles and Ice & Water Shield protected our roof effectively. I highly recommend Northwest Builders & Renovation for their professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding work. Northwest Builders and Renovations, I had a good experience with this company. They worked with me on a constant changing plan until it was exactly what I wanted. Once the plan was finalized the work started. Demolition of 85% of old deck and supports on a older bi level wood deck, removed a jacuzzi, Re-framed for one level, 12’x34’ Trex flooring picture framed in three sections, a roof that covers the entire deck and a white vinyl handrail with a double gate. Looks absolutely beautiful. Far as materials go nothing but the best. Build to last, very strong. This was a big project for me, never have worked with contractors before, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. Let me tell you that they delivered on what was promised. I’m very happy that I decided to go with Northwest Builders and Renovation. Looking forward on doing future projects with them. Great job I just wish I could add pictures to show the beautiful work

I hired them to repair a leaky skylight. They charged $2533, which did not include a new window - just new flashing, ice water guard. After they left, I was concerned that the window was not done. I could see space around the edge. They told me they do not do caulking or? little work?. My daughter came over to caulk it for me and found that the window was not screwed in and she was able to just push it out. They came back to screw it in, but the customer service was awful and they harassed my daughter about it, even after she asked them to stop calling and texting her. They would just use different numbers, so she would not know who was calling. It was really awful.

Incredible company to work with. Ethical, transparent and under promises and over delivers. I have a 1907 home that had its overhangs removed years ago and was in need of having the overhangs/eves reconstructed along with a new roof. Unforeseen was the addtional wood shake roof which had to be removed. Ofek, the project coordinator, was outstanding and communicative throughout the process. Upon completion, the result was outstanding and could not be happier. The project also included a complete gutter install and this company took the time and expense to come back out and make requested corrections in addition to new work with no addtional charge. Who sees such outstanding customer service like this anymore? No one! Will use them again and you will be so happy you chose them for your next project. GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT PEOPLE!!

Matt came out to estimate a replacement of out roof. NW Builders & Renovation not only replaced my roof, they also re-framed all rotten structure and replaced the plywood sheeting. The work was quick and professional, Now we are on a process to re-do my bathroom with the same project manager

Timely corrected any concerns

I called them to get a quote for a new driveway. Ofek the project manager showed up on time and was able to explain the whole process. After taking 3 bids we chose Ofek to do our project. Everything was done as promised and weâ re very happy with the result, will definitely hire them again. They completed everythingn on time and a little bit under budget.

After getting 4 bids on my new roof, NW Builders & Renovation gave me the feeling I can trust their work. The project manager was very liable and crew were very nice and clean. Very happy with the final result.

I'd been having leaks in my roof for sometime. When Ben from NWBuilders came over and we looked, at first we thought we might get by with doing just one section. When the crew came to replace the bad part they saw other areas that my be a problem down the road. After talking it over with Ben I decided to have the entire roof replaced. Doing this project in January was a scheduling issue, however the first two day period with no rain forecasted the crew was here and they finished in three days. When they were finished with the roof they did a nice job of cleaning up around the house. My wife and I are very pleased with the job

Had a leak in the roof. They came out and immediately knew what it was and quoted a price than requested I pay cash to have it fixed. Came out to fix it and started upwelling on other things that needed repair on the roof. 2 weeks later I checked in the attic and it is still leaking. They came back again to do some more repair work and fix it. Checked the attic during the next rain and it is still leaking. Called them and they had the team come out again to look at it and spent maybe 10 United on the roof and looking in the attic. This time they found a whole **new** problem that is causing the leak. Their explanation of the leak was wrong (said water is going in the chimney then leaking outside the chimney in the attic). Never heard back from them.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts with unprofessional roofers, there came NW to my rescue. He arrived same day, assessed the situation and fixed the roof just prior to a major storm. No more damage to my walls. Totally impressed and recommend to others.

I called because a friend had recommended NW Builders & Renovation. My roof had a leak. They sent over Project Manager Mark to access the damage. After taking some photos and locating the leak Mark not only found and fixed the leak but also found hail damage. I had know idea my roof had been hit with hail. He then advised me to call in a claim with my insurance company. I got my entire roof replaced with new gutters and was only responsible for my deductible. I highly recommend this company and Mark as a project manager.

Sometimes you come across a good company like NW Builders & Renovation and it restores your faith in humanity. They replaced my Uncles roof and repainted the house. They worked with his insurance company to get everything covered. The process took some time but it was definitely worth it! NW Builders & Renovation are true professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you've seen my reviews from around the world you know we expect a lot from companies and these guys deliver on all levels! Highly recommended!

They did everything as discussed, but asked for a ridiculous price for only 45 minutes of work. I did not receive a receipt or follow up images. I will not be working with this company again as I felt taken advantage of financially.

Excellent customer service! I called because my roof was leaking. They came out the same day and Ben gave us an estimate for the roof. They prioritized our roof, ordered the materials and replaced my roof in less then two weeks. The crew was very hard working and extremely fast. They worked from early in the morning to when it got dark,. They left my yard very clean. I highly recommend this company!!

They Gave a Bid 8/2/2020. They Have Been Out at least a dozzen Times. still not Complete;; Comming Today.9/25 When it reins The water Runs down the side of the House, Gutters Not Correct; Will post Final Results and workman ship later. I expected a Professional Job For My Over $20,000.00 For a 1400 SF. house. Workers ???

We had a really great experience from the start. When the company came out to quote the project, they took as much time as needed to explain the job they planned to do, go over options and decision points, and answer all questions we had. We had a quote before they left the property. The quote itself, although not the cheapest we got, was competitive with the other quotes we received. Once agreed upon, the job was scheduled quickly. The crew was extremely professional. They showed up on time and were respectful of the property and our requests. During the job, it was found some additional repairs were needed due to water ingress from prior roof failures. The additional scope was explained well, handled gracefully and transparently. All repairs were done correctly and professionally and match the aesthetic of the house. After completion, the crew did a great job of cleaning up the job. The end results look very nice and I can remove roof worries from my mind for quite some time. I would certainly hire this company again.
