Once hope was done it was clear human would fit down there so I canceled.

Wayne and his team did an excellent job insulating our attic and garage walls. When our house was built 10 years ago, the general contractor skimped on insulation. A little disappointing as insulation provides one of you best returns (money spent insulating verse expensive utility bills). After spending a bunch of time in my attic doing misc odds and ends, I decided to have an insulation contractor come and provide a bid. I had three (3) contractors provide proposals. I ultimately chose Wayne as he was easy to work with and very informative as to what I should consider and the resulting benefit. Our project took two full days. Wayne's crew was respectful of our house and were very tidy cleaning up both days. if you're looking to insulate because of new construction or simply reinsulate to save energy costs, call Wayne. You'll be glad you did.

The work was done to a high standard. Wayne has been in the business for quite some time and is an expert. Very easy to work with.

Wayne was quick to respond and came the next day after our contact. He also provided an initial bid within three days. However the initial bid was missing some quotations on work he felt needed to be done. After contacting him he then sent an additional bid with these items listed, but did not give us a schedule when the job could be done OR the Angie's list discount that was due. Our third try was met with a bit of indifference but he promised a bid by late that afternoon (a Friday). I attempted to contact Wayne by email on Saturday and on his cell phone on Monday with no response. Finally on Monday evening he called saying he was emailing the revised bid, which he did. However by this time I had lost confidence in him and elected not to use his services.

Wayne arrived on time and did a thorough check before providing me with an estimate. His guys showed up at exactly the pre-arranged time and did a good job!

The contractor estimated that the job would require 2 people to perform the work and take approximated 6-8 hours to complete. The crew showed up promptly on the day work was to begin and were hard-working and professional during completion of their tasks. All work agreed to was provided and completed on schedule. No problems were encountered and no additional costs were incurred. I would recommend this contractor to others interested in similar jobs for completion.

The company suggested increasing the depth of attic insulation rather than replacing what was there thus saving some money. The also added some metal sheeting around some bathroom lighting canisters in the attic for safety due to heating caused by the canisters. The company also connected some roof vents from a bathroom for efficiency of operation. I had asked for added insulation in the crawl space underneath a family room but thet found the whole first floor crawl space insulation was gaped from the actual flooring and not effective so I had all the crawl space insulation replaced. I have seen a big improvement in upstairs and downstairs heating and cooling efficiency since then. I received a ten per cent discount for paying cash. I am very satisfied with this company's work.

We were impressed with Wayne's punctuality, professionalism, and accuracy of his work... He came over to inspect our crawlspace the very next day. after I called him.. His bid was emailed 2 days later with an exact description of what he was going to do.. along with references.. he and his crew performed the job exactly as he had written and cleaned up after they were finished. He was in every way very professional in every way . I am going to recommend him to everyone ....Very pleasant experience!!!

We contacted Wayne to get a bid for insulation work for our attics. He promptly made an appointment to come out to take a look and he gave us some advice for us. We were comfortable with him and think he is knowledgeable and after having him walk thru the house, we asked him to also give us a quote on our garage as well. He gave us his bid and was reasonable. We actually really like his knowledge and willingness to share information that our mind was pretty much made up as soon as he left. Wayne gave us a quote via email and we scheduled a time for him to come and do the work. He arrived the time he said he would arrived. I have additional questions for him and had asked him to look at our crawl space as well which he did and told us that we don't need anything..so he wasn't trying to sell us work that we don't need. He is polite and honest..and these are the traits that we tend to look.. We would highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again.

Estimate was fair and the job was completed on time and to my satisfaction.

Wayne did a great job. He was fast to get me a quote, flexible with the schedule and did a great job blowing the insulation in. Overall a great experience at a great price - I will use them if I ever need insulation again.

I initially asked another company to do the floor insulation. They recommended a wall insulation, but their bid was $3,000. I thought it was really expensive and decided to ask them to do just the floor. Since I didn't feel much difference after the floor insulation was done, I started shopping around to find a better deal for a wall insulation. Wayne gave me a really great bid...less than 1/3 of the bid from the first company! He was also very caring and made sure that I would feel warm. He looked at the floor insulation done by another company and found some issues. He said that cold air was still coming because of these issues. He even contacted the first company and told them to fix these issues for me! I really appreciate his help and caring nature.

They did the insulation in the attic. They had quite a time. They did a pretty good job. I was comfortable with them in my home and he seemed to know what he was doing. The quality I did not check, I did not go into the attic.

I am writing this review as I promised Wayne I would do so. He is fair and he is honest. Great qualities in a contractor. He explained things very well to me and made time to call me back and check to see if I had more questions. Wayne has been doing this a long time (over 30 years) so you know the you are getting a good company with that much experience who is still in this cut-throat game. I HIGHLY recommend getting an estimate from Wayne (you will not be disappointed)!

Wayne was referred by Puget Sound Energy. He made an appointment to estimate attic insulation and then failed to show up on time. When I called him about 45 minutes later, he said he had written down the wrong house number. When he arrived, he was unwashed, unkempt, and in dirty clothes. He said he would e-mail his estimate to me. I wrote down my e-mail address for him, but never heard from him. He also told me that the recessed lighting fixtures in the ceiling were non-IC rated (not suitable for contact with insulation). After extensive investigation on my own, I found out that this was not true. If I had listened to his advice, I might have replaced 25 fixtures unnecessarily and at great expense. I have not entered a correct zip code for this company because there is no address on his business card, and I couln't find him in any phone directory.
