Signature Tile

Was just fine, good work.

Chad is the owner of Signature Tile, he did the majority of the tile work on an extensive remodel of kitchen, powder room, guest and master bathrooms. He did an excellent job with all aspects of the work, was easy to work with and was very professional. Installed subway tile backsplash with 18 x 24 decorative glass and stone insert above stove. Installed glass tile backsplash in powder room and guest bath. Installed porcelain tile floor in guest bath. Installed glass and stone backsplash in master bath. Installed heat pad and porcelain tile floor in master bath. Completely tiled master bath shower - sheets of cut flat pebbles on floor, porcelain tile on walls with a decorative strip of glass and stone around the shower, and tiled a shower niche that included a shelf with sheet of glass and stone squares. All the work looks wonderful and I love it. If you need a tile person call Chad at Signature Tile.

Signature tile is hands down the best contractor I have ever used. Chad and his team are so detail oriented and really work with you to reach your desired outcome. We were really not sure what we wanted to do but had some ideas - Chad was able to help us figure out what would look good and then made it happen in a timely and cost effective manner. He consistantly says "its all about making you happy" and it is true!!! We even made some changes to the original plan as we moved along and the guys were able to make everything happen just the way we wanted. The quality of work is also something that needs to be highlighted. Everything is done with such care and detail. We have a rock floor in our shower that is so meticulously laid out even I wouldn't have had the patience - it looks really great. Give Chad and Sig Tile your work --- you really won't regret it.

Chad was very responsive and provided a bid on a timely basis. He helped us think through our tile options and other considerations. His bid was very fair and we were comfortable with the price. He was on the job everyday even though he had another professional working for us. We were entirely pleased with the whole experience and have referred Chad to several others already.

We had removed a fiberglass shower stall, and re-framed one of the walls and ceiling in our second bathroom. Chad recommended a dry-waller, that did an excellent job prepping the area for Signature to install a Schluter-KERDI system, and build up the shower floor in preperation of the tile. We also had them install two hearths for our fireplaces. Chad, Alex, and Greg where quite professional, punctual, and responsive throughout the entire processes. We would HIGHLY recommend them, and will use them again when we have our kitchen floor tiled.

Chad and his helper did a great job (the helper did most of the work). They were meticulous is squaring up the walls to make sure the tile lines were perfect and the final job looks great. The only issue I had was a miscommunication in who was going to buy the tile. Live and learn, that issue could have been prevented with one simple question. I am planning on remodeling my master bath which will involve much more tile work (shower walls, around a separate bath tub, and floor, and Signature Tile will definitely be the first bid I will get.

Chad and the men who work for him, Alex and Greg, enjoy the work they do and it comes through in all they do. They carefully planned out the layout of the tiles, especially the decorative tile bands, to insure they tile was shown to it's best advantage. Attention was paid to small details so that there is nothing that looks funny or stands out in a bad way. For instance, the niches for shampoo and such have the tile lined up with the surrounding tile to perfection. They are all genial, polite and easy to work with. They show up on time and with all materials needed to do their job. They work cleanly and neatly. The heated floor is especially nice. It is even and smooth and you would not guess that there is a structure with wire beneath it to look at it! Wonderful work!

Chad and his crew, Alex and Greg, were outstanding. Chad's estimate seemed very fair and was developed quickly. After the rot was discovered, he had a carpenter at the house right away. As soon as the carpenter had fixed the rotted framing, they showed up on time and ready to go. They were very careful to protect surfaces that they weren't demo-ing. Alex is an extremely talented craftsman -- he gave a lot of thought to how the joints between surfaces would meet up and look and helped pick a grout color. Chad kept in touch throughout the job and was easy to get in touch with. This was a pretty small job, but i wouldn't hesitate to hire Signature Tile for a major project.

I called Signature Tile based on reviews. On Friday Chad told me they were out about 3 weeks. He said he would be out on Monday to give me a bid. I told him I had the tile and was ready to have it installed anytime so my timing was flexible. He showed up as promised, looked over the job and materials. I got lucky - another job was delayed and he and crew could be here the next day. I accepted. Chad, Alex and Greg arrived when they said they would, were meticulous and made my backsplash design come to life. The cost would have been less, but I changed my mind mid-stream. They wanted me to be happy with my tile and I couldn't be happier with the result. The price was fair and quality great. They were professional and took care to protect my countertops and outside area where they were cutting the stone. Overall, it was a good experience. I would highly recommend them and when we are ready to redo the bathroom, I will definatley contact Chad @ Signature Tile again.

I was really happy. Alex and Chad did the work and did an amazing job. They were super careful about everything and really precise with cutting tile around trim. The grout work is really nice. The end result looks amazing.

We love the job that was done by Chad and Alex. They showed up when they said they would, they called when they were on their way and were super to work with. Listened to what we wanted, corrected any little detail that we saw, all this after working all day on other projects they had going. I'm so glad I listened to their advise about the color of grout I was choosing, they were dead on! My husband and I are probably to pickey when it comes to jobs that are performed for us by professionals but Chad filled the bill! I would recommend Signature Tile to anyone who wants a really nice tile job.

I am very happy with them. He was very personable. The price was reasonable for the work we wanted to have done. We were very happy with his work. He got it done quickly. It was kind of a major remodel; we took out the tub and the walls. We had new tile to surround the tub and the floor. The floor was heated. He did a good job on the work. It still looks good today.

Wonderful company! They showed up on time , got done early, even did extra work grinding down the concrete to make it perfectly flat- at no extra charge Nice guys also . Gave us lots of tips on matinence as well as cuter jobs we could possibly do ourselves. I can not say enough good things about them!

Everything went perfect, couldn't be happier. DO- Ask Chad for his input/ suggestions- he has some good ideas DO- Let Chad know if there is something you don't like- he wants everything to be perfect. DON'T- Be afraid to ask for slight changes, Chad wants you to be happy. DON'T- Be afraid to ask for Chad's opinion DON'T- Hesitate to hire Signature Tile for tile work.

We called them and they were out to give an estimate in 2 days. They started work a week later after our tile arrived and the whole job was completed in two days. Again, they did just a fantastic job.

Chad was very professional and friendly. He spent as much time as needed to answer all of our questions and explained to us what he could and could not do. His estimate came in less than two other contractors. We would have gone with Chad even if his estimate was the same or higher than the other contractors for 2 reasons: 1. Chad was more service oriented to attempt on reworking the fireplace to our request/expectations whereas one of the other contractors was pushy and more interested in telling us how we should have it redone while the third contractor grimaced and sighed at our request as if to prepare us for an undesirable or unsuccessful outcome. 2. As any good contractor is to a potential customer, Chad wanted us to do most of the talking while he listened a lot because he wanted to cater to what his customers want. After we were done talking for 15 minutes straight, he then explained to us what was realistic and what might not come out as perfectly as we hoped. His input was educational as that allowed us to hire him without hoping for miracles. This was possible only from an experienced tile installer. My husband and I are very pleased with the result as we now have a beautiful fireplace redone with the same marble tiles we picked out originally but without the poor quality and workmanship done bythe first contractor we hired. The only issue we had with Chad was a bit slow in responding to a few emails and not being punctual in arrival on site. However, the final result made up for the inconvenience as the finished product was most important to us. Very few contractors pass my standards but Chad and his partner met my expectation. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and did an absolutely beautiful job. My kitchen and entryway floors look gorgeous and the slate on the fireplace is stunning. I would use them without hesitation. They have a good eye as to how to lay out the tile given the space. I highly endorse them you will not be sorry. They are very professional and worked until the job was completely done.

Chad and Alex did a great job. From initial contact, where they were very easy to reach and work with, to the last day they finished the project - they always had great communication. I was referred to Signature Tile by someone else on Angie's List that had a very high rating but didn't service my area. I was not disappointed. They pretty much always seem to answer the phone, which is a huge plus for us. Chad and Alex did everything we needed to work with our schedule. They tiled our floor and alcove in a nice large green tile we picked and a glass tile accent band. As we were in a rush and coordinating plumbing, they made sure our plumbers could get in and re-install fixtures and valves, shower head, etc while they continued to tile. They even worked on the weekend to help make the last pieces happen before our guests arrived the next day. In the end it looked even better than we hoped, and small extra details they took the time to address really made the space look complete. We'll be contacting Signature Tile again when we do our Master and Downstairs bath.

LOVE the jobs he did. He is very good at what he does. He works fast and made sure I was satisfied. I am very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and most importantly his skill in tiling. I will use Chad for any future tiling needs and will recommend him to family and firends.
