Description of Work: Removed old furnace |Installed new furnace |Repaired all openings in the walls & ceiling left from the previous furnace installer. |Repaired some of the ducting under the house that were leaking large amounts of conditioned air and placed a duct splitter in the main trunk line so the conditioned air was distributed equally to the two lines that distributed the conditioned air to all the supplies in the house. |Turned the gas meter to get access to the shut off valve and left a tool so the gas to the house could be turned off. The way the meter was positioned you could not get access to the valve to shut it off. |All work completed as promised and the cost estimate provided was the exact cost of the final invoice. Outstanding job

Description of Work: I have used MM Comfort Systems for over 15 years and been very happy with their maintenance on my forced air electric furnace. I used them to install a Lenox heat pump and furnace in 2014 and they did an excellent job. I will continue to use them for all of my furnace, heating and a/c needs.
