The MM crew arrived on time, although Jevon wasn't with them (as he said he would be).. His absence required me to go over the details with the installers to make sure we were in agreement. The installation went according to plan and took just under 4 hours. One surprise: while one of the installers was working in the attic, something got bumped or a tool dropped and the cover to the bathroom light fixture fell and broke. When I heard the breakage and came running, the explanation was "wasn't me...it must have been loose." I'd have preferred the installer to step up and own what happened. Other than that, the install went smoothly and the fan is working. Our weather has been so cool I can't tell yet if the fan is really making a difference.

They do a pretty good job. Sometimes you have to be on them and call them a couple of times. Otherwise, they are responsive and do very good work. They did a pretty good job. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they did everything I asked them to do, I didn't have to get them to change anything. It was a pretty specialized job.

They are wonderful. We got three estimates but MM was working through Costco so they were able to give us a better price. The installation went quickly and smoothly and we aren?t cold anymore.

1) I liked the estimator-this is the person who decided which company I went with. I saw another major company-their estimator was good also, but he cut his finger and bled over the estimate;it dried;he gave it to me. He should have written up another. Small things count. 2) the installation went well;I like my new Lennox heat pump; its quieter, but time and a few months will tell if it really saves me money. 3) the company promises to clean up after themselves. They did pretty well, but in the end, hurried to finish as it was about 6 :30 PM. I would have recommended a walk-through over the whole work site. There is rusted debris dropped from the old heat pump on my deck; they could have offered to replant the plant they had to dig out to make room for the new heat pump platform, and though they did a reasonable job of sweeping the site there were 3 or 4 small very sharp pieces of metal debris on my garage floor.

contacted dealer at costco store at special weekend specialsales event. I made appoinment for inspection of our old furnace and an agent arrived on time and professionally explained the entire process to us. set up appoinment for installation 3 weeks later at our best time. Installer called 30 minutes before he arrived and quickly set up the work site and completed the entire installation in 5 hours....good clean up and explanation of process as work proceeded. One confussing item on the billing was corrected by costco.

(11/11/2009) They are good. Their customer service is really good. They are prompt, when it comes to taking care of things. I had some issues with the installation, but they were really prompt at taking care of it. UPDATE (03/16/2010) It's been 6 months since I had my furnace installed by MM Comfort Systems and it's still not working properly. Here are all the things that have gone wrong with it. 1) The original installer put in the wrong kind of filter. When we questioned him about it, he said it was the one we ordered (which was more expensive). However, a subsequent call and visit from another technician confirmed that he did it wrong, and another installer had to come and fix it. 2) The vent slope was much too level, causing water to back up in the pipes, yet another installer had to come by and fix this. 3) On colder days (below 40 degrees outside), the furnace stops working. Just plain shuts off and refuses to come back for hours. 4 visits by technicians later, this is still an issue. At this point, we have had 7 service calls at home, and item #3 is not yet resolved. They were (and continue to be) very friendly, but niceness can't heat my house. The convenient part of all this is, item #3 is only an issue during the colder days -- it is now March and my free 1 year of labor warranty runs out in September, so obviously we would not be able to tell if their "fix" actually does anything until the warranty expires. I am very disappointed by this experience and will not be using their company in the future. UPDATE (3/24/2010) They have replaced some parts and after testing believe that the furnace is fixed. Time will tell if this fixes the problem. In response to our complaint they extended our Labor warranty for 6 months so we will have a year of labor coverage starting on the day of the fix. This was the right thing to do, and is in line with the level of customer service we have received.

Matt showed up and gave me a detailed estimate on the work they would perform. Unforutnately, they didn't have the size furnace I was looking for so I went with another company.

Our furnace stopped working, we had a repairman look at it and he said we needed to replace it as the heat exchanger was badly rusted and could possibly have holes. They were the last company to give us an estimate and the only one to suggest we needed an additional air return vent as the one we had was too small - and was causing the noise problem we had with the old furnace. We decided to go with them, they said it would take two days to complete the work. They were very professional, they showed up on time both days, and explained what work they would be doing. We had heat that evening and the next day they installed the additional return air vent and finished installation of the new hot water heater. They left the garage cleaner than when they first arrived. The work looks great, and everything is working well so far.

We were going to install a new HVAC system in our vintage Pioneer Square office building and after numerous calls and emails, we decided on M&M Comfort Systems. Not only were they very receptive and patient, but extremely knowledgeable on their product. Scott thoroughly explained to us what the new system could and would do for us. We would definitely use M&M Comfort again in any other project we have!

The service representative allways arrived on time, performed a thorough check, explained in detail what we needed to know, answered all questions, all in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

I like that the Salesperson, Bobbi, recognized the needs and requirements I wanted to meet before trying to sell me any type of unit. They were very organized about getting city permits for the job. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were also very flexible about looking into my old thermostat to make sure it will work correctly with the new unit, rather than trying to sell me a new thermostat.

They did a very good job. The salesman was very knowledgeable and was not high pressure. His quote was cheaper than another company's quote that we had received. Two guys came to do the job and it took them about five hours. I received a $500 gift card from Costco, or 10% or the price of the furnace before the sales tax.

Showed up at time expected and tested the furnace, cleaned filters, replaced a igniter that he said was getting old. Said 1 of the 4 heat exchangers was going bad because he could feel some air leakage. Told me it could increased Co2 in my house and I should get a Co2 detector. Left me a labor estimate for the heat exchangers that have a 20 year warranty, but was very non committal about it, which made me wonder if it really needed to be done at all.

The repair went fine. The tech arrived on time, with the needed part, installed it, verified operation of the furnace, and left, finishing timely. The only glitch was that when I first called the office, they could not find a record of my extended warranty (which had been issued by Carrier, not by M-M Comfort Systems). They felt that the part might be covered by Carrier, but the labor would cost me. Some days later, I located my copy of the warranty and confirmed that it was still in effect. When I called to give them the number, they didn't need it, because they checked their files again and found that parts and labor were covered. Everything was smooth after that.

They were fine. They showed up on time.

Service person was friendly and professional, and he explained everything he recommended doing to our complete satisfaction. We were new to the house/furnace, and he also took the time to wash the filters and show us how to do it for ourselves in the future.

I was able to schedule everything over email with no problem. That is a big one for me. They arrived during the window, they said they would. I didn't get the call, letting me know they were on their way, but that is really a pretty minor thing. They didn't mention the fuel surcharge either, but it was only $5 and not that big of a deal either. Everyone does it these days. It took about 45 minutes. Aaron was very professional and I plan to put them on my calendar to come out next year, also. Overall, I'm very happy and will rest easy this winter, knowing that my 22 year-old furnace should survive, another Seattle winter.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT, THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE PERFECT WORK EACH TIME THEY HAVE BEEN HERE. THE PEOPLE ARE JUST VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE'VE NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE OPINION ABOUT THEM.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WAS REMINDED TO REPLACE FILTERS. FOUND OUT MY HEAT EXCHANGE WAS RUSTING AND BURNERS WERE MARGINAL. THEY RECOMMENDED A NEW FURNACE SOON, BUT DIDN'T PRESSURE MY TO BUY FROM THEM.

SERVICE PERSON WAS ACTUALLY OUT WITHIN AN HOUR! HE GOT WORK DONE QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY.
