We scheduled our window cleaning a few months in advance so I was worried no one would show up, but I received a call from the shop letting me know that someone was on there way. Anthony showed up on time and was very professional. We had more windows than the deal we bought so he quickly went around to give us a quote before starting. The quote was decent and I think was in line for what I have paid in the past. Anthony did a very thorough job. He was friendly, detail oriented and my windows look absolutely amazing!! He did a walk through before packing up to be sure he did not miss anything. everything was cleaned up nicely and no water was left on the window sills or tracks. Very happy customer!!

They were great! Very pleasant and did a great job! I would hire them again!

An appointment was made (even for a weekend day which was great!). They came on time, cleaned the windows very well inside and out. They still look good today.

The quality of the work done on my windows was excellent. The crew's attention to detail was remarkable and they were careful while moving their ladders. My windows were beautiful when they were finished. I would have given all A's had they arrived on time. When no one came at the scheduled time, we called and were told that the crew were still at their first job of the day. Apparently the job was bigger and much more difficult than they had been told, so rather than rush to get to my house, they stayed to finish the job properly. The dispatcher called us and re-scheduled for the next day. Ryan came himself and apologized for the mix-up, then he and another man washed my windows. Another thing that I liked about Ryan is that he told us that since we live in Kirkland and Ryco Windows is in Auburn, we could probably get a contractor closer to us for just as much money. I respect him for his honesty.

I am so pleased by their work. The fellow I spoke to on the phone was friendly and responsive. I set up a time for them to come out. They were right on time. They were fast, efficient, and explained things well. I've recommended them to my friends. My only complaint was that they cut a small branch off one of my trees to reach the window. I have no problem with that. I just feel it would have been nice if they had told me before hand and if they'd asked me where to put the branch.

OK other than the scheduling issue.

Ryco window cleaning was great from the start. They showed up exactly on time, the window cleaner was courteous and put on blue boot covers every time he walked into the house to keep it clean. He went through the house with me and explained how their pricing system worked and the cost for each window - - and I was so amazed as I had figured the costs covered only the outside of the windows. But no, it was both the inside and outside of each window! He was very fast (less than an hour and a half and had all the tools he needed - which included a tall ladder to get to some hard to reach second story windows given some awkward slopes and landscaping around the house. He was able to do his work without damaging any of the landscaping, which is better than what most other workers with ladders have done. After finishing, he walked through the house to cleanup after himself , then wrote up the invoice and explained it thoroughly. I will definitely use them again!

Ryco had to reschedule due to resource issues but was prompt and courteous with the rescheduling. They did an excellent job on all my windows. The work was very thorough (removed old stickers still remaining on my sky lights.) I was able to use an Angie's List BIG DEAL so I feel I got good value for the job they did. I would recommend them to others.

This was a big deal I bought last fall. I just scheduled them before it expired. It was really easy to make an appointment. Ryan was very friendly but also professional at the same time. Anthony arrived on time & proceeded to clean our windows. He was very meticulous. We have a brand new hardwood floor & granite counter top. He was really careful & made sure not to damage anything. It made a big difference & we would certainly hire them again.

Promptly returned my call and came out for estimate. They were very thorough, and explained about all charges. After I scheduled my service I had to call and change the date and they were very nice about that. They did a wonderful job cleaning all my windows. Price seemed reasonable - I did pay extra for being a two story home and to have almost all of my windows done inside and out. But it was definitely worth it - I love my sparkly clean windows!

Ryan and crew showed up on time and were professional in their manner and technique. Responsive to phone and email. Not the cheapest, but did quality work on windows with heavy build-up that hadn't been cleaned in years. Would definitely use them again.

They came out and they were awesome. We had them twice now and they were fantastic. They came and cleaned them all inside and out and then we realized that we needed an additional service because we have double pane windows and we needed to take them apart and clean the panes in between, so we scheduled them to come back to do that and they did a great job both times. They charged us but gave us a discount. It was excellent. The people that they sent were both really good, got here on time, worked really hard, just really focused on the job, they got it done and we had some difficult situations for them to handle. It's kind of easy, normal job but they did a great job. Hire them, they're good. We are already committed to have them come out every year.

I purschsed the speciall for $99 and arranged for the windows to be washed. I had an illness that prevented me to be available for the their visit and they came out not knowing I was in the hospital. They were very friendly about rescheduling even after the deadline. They did the service without anyone home which at first made me nervous, but nothing was disturbed when I returned home from work. They evern made sure my dog got to go outside during the time they were there, above and beyond the call of duty. They got off some tape stains on some windows that we could not get off, again a great job.

Coupon from Angie's list which covered my Windows as I had exactly the amount of windows covered by the coupon (26). There was somer mixup of the time and they arrived earlier than set up and left since I wasn't here. I called as soon as I got the message and said I needed the windows done that day as I had moved everything away from the windows for cleaning. We set up for them to come t 2 hrs later. Apologized for the mixup and did a fabulous job on all windows inside and out. They also took off the very large storm window in the front which was close to 100 pounds and had to use a tall ladder for back outside windows due to height of the house. Both of these were an extra charge but I was willing to pay because the charge was very reasonable. However I was told these extra charges were waived due to the mixup in time which was their fault. I appreciated this very much. They also were very careful and didn't destroy any of the many plantings around the outside of the house. I would use them again w/out hestitation and have set up for them to give me a call in 6 months to clean them again since did such a nice job and the charges are reasonable for the work done.

Ryan, the owner is very nice and professional. He actually worked me into the schedule so it worked better for me. Very accomodating. The 2 gentlemen who came to clean were also very professional and friendly. Overall great experience and will definitely use again.

They came to my house and determined that the number of windows were more than what the coupon allowed. Gave me a price for the whole house. They did a very good job cleaning the windows. I would use them again.

Fabulous! The windows were quite dirty - they now sparkle. One gutter was blocked with debris and it took a fair amount of effort to clean out. Anthony and Zach were polite, personable, respectful and truly cared about their work.

They are really knowledgeable about windows in general. They explained how to take of your windows. They were polite. It was a good experience. I will definitely use them again. They are excellent. They are the best people I had to clean my windows.

I think that next time I would rather just hire somebody for a flat fee to do all the windows at once. I think that better deals can be found.

Great customer service. I had missed our originally scheduled appointment yet Ryco was very understanding and allowed me to reschedule for a future date. They arrived on-time and were cheerful when they greeted me. The team lead (Ryan?) did a great job of explaining the charges and the work that they were going to perform. All work was exactly what I expected with all panes cleaned inside and outside. I even had the opportunity to chat with the person who was performing the inside work. She was friendly and upbeat. At the end, I received an invoice with all of the charges broken-out. They also showed me that a few of the window screens were brittle and that it would be advisable for me to replace them. Ryan even included a free estimate for power washing my driveway. Overall, Ryco did a great job and provided great customer service! Thank you!

I had to change the service date once and that was no problem. Zach arrived right on time and we did a walk through of the house. Then he got to work and was done in about an hour & a half, I think. Included removing screens and cleaning behind them. Personable but un-intrusive guy. The windows sparkled!

They were professional and did a good job. I appreciated that they took care to avoid damaging any items when working.
