Description of Work: This was an install of a complete new heat pump system. They did everything from start to finish! Very professional install team and great sales rep we met at the home show. Built several bids from top of the line to lower priced options. We ended up picking one from the middle that met our needs. I plan on signing up for the annual maintenance checks as well as it extends the warranty for up to 10 years. This is a top notch company that really does have great customer service!

Description of Work: Had to wait ten days for initial diagnostic appointment for broken furnace fan but it was Aug. so that wasn't a problem. The fan was fixed promptly at a reasonable cost. The technician was very professional. A secondary problem resulted from the original work done. They came out within 24 hours to fix that problem and did not charge anything.

Description of Work: My husband and I purchased and had installed a new furnace and air conditioner from Ranger Heating & Cooling. My gosh, what an excellent experience we had with them. The sales rep who talked to my husband was very well informed and came up with a system we could afford and which met our needs. The installation team was absolutely outstanding and worked hard all day long. They were extremely professional and so knowledgeable and took care of every single detail. They were very pleasant people to have around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for HVAC equipment. Thank you so much.

Description of Work: Removed old furnace and installed new energy efficient Tran gas furnace with new thermostat. Also had inside house air ducts cleaned. Very professional, punctual and courteous from the office staff to installers. My garage was cleaner when they left then before they started!

Description of Work: First of all we had bids from three or four other heating and cooling companies. Rangers concise and professional communication coupled with ease and friendliness was hands down what sold us on trusting them with our heating and cooling system. The project mgr. came out twice to find out what our needs/requirements are, find out the scope and requirements for each floor of our house and so on. Helped us get in touch with an asbestos abatement company so that we knew we would have that done correctly and with proper environmental documentation. |This was a big project that involved completely removing entire old furnace and all ducting. Then Ranger came out with their professionals and spent about 3-4 days installing a beautiful and efficient heat pump system, complete with all new ducts and such plus a very nice tankless water heater. So, yes it is alot of money, but this will be our 'forever' heating/air and water heater. |The whole system takes a much smaller footprint in our basement which will allow us to gain more floor space for our future basement remodel. |Ranger took very good care of us, were very nice and respectful and professional. We will call them again when we are ready to complete the attic and continue the heat/air and ducting to that space. |Go Ranger!

Description of Work: Ranger heating and cooling installed a Trane heat pump and furnace. They were AMAZINGLY professional, having to do a somewhat unusual installation at my home that wasn't foreseen ahead of time. No matter; whatever problem was experienced, they were more than skilled enough to resolve. Plus, they didn't charge a dime extra. They made sure they did a professional job, and I was really really pleased with the work this crew did.

Description of Work: My 6-year-old furnace was not operating properly. Another repairman from another company told me it was "rotting from the inside out" and that I should buy a new furnace from him. So I called Ranger to get a second opinion. The Ranger repairman, Russell, was punctual, but much more than that, he was honest. After testing it, he told me I had a bad control board and he replaced it quickly and tested the furnace, which then kicked on when it was suppose to. He saved me thousands of dollars that it would have cost me to buy a new furnace. As a result, this company gets my customer loyalty. The next time I need furnace help, maintenance on it, or when I ultimately need a new furnace, I will call Ranger.
