When we called for an estimate they worked with us to schedule as soon as possible and the office representative was very helpful and professional. Our appointment was followed up with an email confirmation. When the consultant came out, a complete quote was provided, and he explained all of our options. There were no surprises after the quote. We wanted ac as soon as possible and they were able to reschedule a less urgent furnace install to accommodate us. They ended up running ahead of schedule and were able to do our job a day earlier which was great. The day the work was performed they called ahead of time to give us a heads up for when exactly they would arrive. They explained the schedule for the day with who would be there to do what piece which was helpful to be able to plan my day. It was an all day job, completed on time. The only part that was frustrating was the scheduling of the electrical inspection, but Ranger has no control over that, and actually let us know ahead of time that it may not go according to schedule so I was prepared. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and professional. My neighbors have already asked if we would recommend them and we certainly have.

David was very professional answering any questions that we had. He also provided us with several different options and quotes. Outstanding service provided.

Customer service at this company goes above and beyond. We are very happy with our choice to use this company over others we received bids from. They were very knowledgable! Not only were they the best bid we received but they also helped us with our fireplaces free of charge. We highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

They were great. David came out to give us a quote and went over all the details and answers all our questions. After my husband and I talked it over we called him back to set up a date for installation which was within a couple weeks. Everything went very smoothly and even though it took a little longer than expected for the installation Sean and the technician stayed it was finished. They cleaned up everything and even vacuumed dust from the floors. Since the installation I have had to call once with a question and they tried to get the technician out the same but couldn't so he came the next day which was fine. They have also called me to let me know that there has been an upgrade with part of the system and came out to do the upgrade and was in and out in no time at all. They have always all been super nice and professional and I would recommended them to anyone. I was also told that my electric bill should go down with this upgrade and that over time it would pay for itself and they weren't lying. In the (less than) 2 months of having the new until our bill has dropped significantly.

Supply and install new Trane XC95 Furnace, touch screen Thermostat and Electrostatic filter, also clean air ducting. Came to price the job and installed only 3 days later. Good clean installation, very happy with new system.

Installed new gas hot water heater. One day service and they phoned to follow up on how the unit was working. Very satisfied with all aspects of the experience.

All was fine except light switch for furnace location is poor, requires crawling in crawl space to access. Prefer light switch at crawlspace entrance.

They were great. They had to take out and old oil furnace which was huge, and in a difficult place to get to, and so they worked really hard at it. They were extremely professional, and personable when they came over. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I got a lot of bids before I chose them, and they gave me the best price. What I liked about them was that they weren't salesmen. The other guys came and wanted to sell me everything. I would use them in the future.The only problem that I had with the whole experience, was that I chose to have a furnace which is bigger than I needed and so it is noisy, but that was my choice.

After being 'stood up' by one of the 3 companies we'd contracted for furnace estimates, I got online for another option and found Ranger Heating. Even though I called after hours, Sean gave me a call back within 30 minutes. We let him know we needed a furnace ASAP - even though he didn't have any openings until the following week, he squeezed us in to his schedule the next evening and keep us apprised of when he would be at our house (after another install he had been doing that day). Of all the reps we met with Sean was by far the most easy-going, friendly and professional. He didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't need (he actually talked us out of a higher price furnace stating we didn't need it for the size of our house) and was very patient in answering all our questions despite the late hour. When I asked about his experience he shared that he'd been in the business 10+ years and actually started in the trade as part of a family enterprise. Ultimately we went with another company - not because of Sean or the very fair estimate he gave us, but because of a specific product we wanted (plus the company we went with handled the permits without cost to us which was great). If we have any issues with our furnace after the labor warranty expires, I'll be contacting Sean at Ranger.

We had 7 estimates done and David at Ranger came in the top two. He was very knowledgeable and forthright. He was happy to answer the myriad questions I had for him as I was learning about the pros and cons of buying a new furnace. His price was very competitive and I have no doubt he also would have done a great job for us at a reasonable price.

I would definitely call them again.

After receiving quotes from five different HVAC companies we chose Ranger Heating to install our Trane heat pump. We were referred to Ranger by a friend who had a heating system installed. David sent us a written quote after visiting and recommended a 3 ton Trane XL16i heat pump with air handler and clean effect filtration. David and Sean arrived on time and ready install the system as promised. They were able to remove, install, and clean up in one day! These guys are professionals- I didn't have to worry about the job getting completed right or the way they carried themselves around my wife, children, or neighbors. David took the time to show me how to clean the filter system and help me set the Honeywell control unit for our weekly schedule . I am pleased with the system we purchased, it saves us money and filters our in house air much better than the inefficient air handler we replaced. Our house is much more comfortable and has much less temperature fluctuation. I highly recommend Ranger heating for your HVAC contractor, we are very happy with the product, service, and value our installed system provides.

My experience with Ranger was great! I was referred to them by a number of friends who had nothing but good things to say when the heat started to pick up this last summer. Within three days of my call, I had a great unit installed and keeping my house at a constant 72, even through the 100 degree days. They were very polite, and I would and have referred them to anyone I know.

The installers seemed to be competent and did a good job of the work; they were not very professional looking (no business cards, receipts, uniforms or markings on their truck, but they knew what they were doing. This same company also installed my furnace and heat pump last year and I have not had any trouble with them. I later had a leak in my water heater, which they had installed several years previously. I was given great service with no run around! Sean found the problem and got the heater replaced and reinstalled with no cost to me. These guys may not be as polished with tv ads and fancy trucks, but they are good and reliable, and reasonable...just my kind of company!
