Horrible. Everything worked when we took it in. Several things didn't work and still don't when we got it back. The owner was VERY rude.

When we took the car in, we were told it would be ready in one week. They found additional damage and said it would take an additional week. They missed this date and two more promised dates. In all , our car was gone for 4 weeks. This cost us almost $300 in car rental fees. Our son-in-law and daughter had the same experience with this business which makes their behavior very questionable. We would never use them again.

Both times very satisfied. Shop is clean and professional. Estimator is knowledgeable and quick. Work was done on time, on budget, and ready on schedule. Car looks perfect (and also true of the Dodge). Really can't ask for more than that. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

This is not the chain called "CarStar Auto Body Experts".
Handled by Gary at ABE who arranged for a rental car to be available on day of repair.
Auto Body Experts accepted the insurance quote for payment (with deductible) including a small detail not specified in insurance estimate.
Work was done in the two days as described.
Quality of work brought car back to new condition.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
