Description of Work: I phoned this provider to repair a leak in a pipe immediately above a water heater. I phoned White Knight as they had installed the water heater approximately 2 years ago. I was not able to reach them in the morning and tried a couple of times without success. I was disappointed in not being able to reach them and had to contact another plumbing company to perform the repair. Later that night White Knight returned the call and apologized for not being able to respond sooner due to a family emergency. They asked how much it cost to have the repair made and said they would send a check to cover 1/2 the cost. This goes to show that there are still companies out there with high integrity who truly care about their customers.

Description of Work: They came out the next day as we believed there was a leak. They tightened the nut for free, will come back in the future and replace aging pipe when we are ready. Didn't charge for the visit. |Was able to call same day and get a call right back. I'm impressed.

+ -1 moreFabulous. I called in quite some distress, as our sink had been removed by another plumber at the beginning of the week. Other work had been done, and we expected the plumber to return on Friday to reconnect everything, which did not occur. White Knight Plumbing made our case a priority. He gave me an estimate over the phone, and scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. The men that came out were punctual and polite. They discussed issues with the previous work that was done, and then collaborated to make it work, which required an unorthodox approach. I was very happy with the results! : D The owner, Chris, called to confirm that all work was done to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Installed sink / faucets, and reconnected garbage disposal and dishwasher.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They also kept to the original estimate even though they had to come back one more time than anticipated. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Completed the rough-in on a bathroom remodel for tub, toilet, new shower. Returned to complete the final installation of the fixtures.

+ 0 moreCalled to fix leaking pipe. Turned out leak was behind water heater. Water heater was 25 yrs old and making lots of noise for 5-10 years. White Knight fixed the leak and replaced the tank in the same day (just before Christmas). Fast, complete, and reasonable price. They are on my keeper list!

Several months later I tried to contact them to complete the suggested work, and was able to make contact after a failed attempt. A date has been set for the additional problem and am hopeful that it will be resolved as successfully as the first problem.

Description of Work: No details on bill, just amount for labor and then they added in the parts in the total w/o listing them or a price for them - the bill just jumped $120, which was reflected in the total. |I thought that $189 for 40min of labor was a bit high... |Bottom line my leak was fixed, they came out the same day, no more water damage.

+ 0 moreWe called three plumbers for estimates. They were the lowest cost for the same product. There were no additional charges for miscellaneous parts which is common with plumbers. They were on time, actually early, completed early (2 hrs vs est 3 hrs) and cleaned up after themselves. Our water heater is in a finished cabinent inside the house. The install wer was very careful of the doors, hardwood floor, cabinent and furniture.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking electric hot water tank.

We've been doing two bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel in our 1950's home and even though we likely bit off more than we could chew, these guys have helped us through the process, even fixing what our last contractor messed up. Already called them again to do more work for us and have recommended to neighbors.
