Job didn't get completed- we terminated for multiple reasons: - not following the contract such as protecting floors and demanding final payment early before finishing the job as outlined in contract - regular disagreements, temper tantrums and spats - lack of response or none to emails and phone calls but sometimes he texted - VERY POOR QUALITY of work!! - poor finishing techniques - faulty/leaky plumbing - THREW AWAY BRAND NEW materials - extremely bad tiling - many mess ups that he would NOT FIX - walking away while talking to him - not willing to spend a few mins discussing details - dirty job site - disposed of materials like cement on our front lawn area - not doing things to code - not reimbursing us $500 for painting as outlined in the contract...The list goes on. We've had to pay someone else to finish the job and try to fix the many screw ups he did. Although many mistakes he made are not salvageable and we've had to make them work or else decide to pay a lot of money to redo.
