Very good. They were very punctual and exceeded my expectations. A new propane attachment from the tank to the house had to be installed, which was done at no extra cost.

On time as promised. Delivered at market price with reasonable delivery fee.

Very pleased. We were tired of the runaround from our existing 10 yr+ relationship with another company which was particularly absurd due to our long relationship. I follow commodity prices as an amatuer investor and had enough of the clear overcharging and lack of making it right. Who does that to a ten year + customer? I would NEVER do that to my clients in my business. I called A and D, in part, because of their good ratings and also due to their reasonable fees. It seemed like a good blend. Our tank was swapped out and serviced within just a day or so of the call. As long as the service level is maintained with reasonable refill fees I will recomend A and D enthusiastically.

Excellent service from site review to installation and delivery. Always showed up on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

After much research, decided to terminate business with Suburban Propane based on their requirement we sign a three year egregious, one sided contract. We took the time to meet with the American Distributing company at their Marysville WA heqadquarters based on Angie's List information as well as other sources, and were pleased with the people, their responsiveness and honesty. American Distributing has been in business for many years, has a history of stable employees and a sincere can do attitude. Their initiation of service was fast, professional with no cost for first year tank rental or tank delivery charges or connection costs. Their rate for propane was the lowest in the area, and we have the warm feeling that this will be a long and beneficial business relationship.

I sent an email inquiry to the company and received no reply. I called to schedule propane tank refill service and found out they do not service tanks as small as mine (24 gal) What surprised me was that they could not refer me to an alternate company.

I called American Distributing because I was really unhappy with my current propane provider, Cheryl was very friendly and helpful over the phone and was able to get guys out here within a week (which is really good in cold weather when they are super busy)! Mitch and (I'm sorry, I forget the other guys name) were extremely professional, friendly and helpful and provided excellent customer service. So glad to be dealing with a company that seems to appreciate my business (unlike the last one)! Now if I could only get the other guys to pick up their rusty old thing and get it out of here!

Their prices are excellent and their service is great. I have been using them for years. I will continue using them in the future.

American Distributing Company show up promptly when I call them. They came one time when I had two feet of snow and did a delivery.

We have been in our house for 25 years and have used American Distributing Company. We don't really have to do anything as we are on a contract and they come around periodically and fill the tank when needed. They have been nice and if we don't have enough to pay the entire bill they will let us carry it over for a small finance fee.
