Our project involved demolition of patio roof, repair of our home roof where old patio roof had been incorrectly attached, dry rot repair, new facia boards, new gutters and the construction of a beautiful new patio roof with 4 sky lights and a light knotty pine ceiling and asphalt shingle roof on it. Nick did an absolutely phenominal job on the whole project. His customer skills were wonderful...from patiently explaining what was needed and how best to accomplish our visions with me when I got home from work each day and then repeating it all when my husband got home later, to his solid record of showing up daily when he said he would (dependability gets 6 stars!!), we couldn't have asked for better service. These guys went above and beyond...they even removed our hot tub for us and hauled it away. We are definitely enjoying our beautiful patio! Thanks, Shay and Nick

If you need anything roof related you should hire these guys. They did some repairs and installed a new roof and gutters on my house very quickly, upgraded everything. They are hard working and very professional.

Shay was very prompt, found more issues than I knew about, and fixed them all for a very reasonable price! He communicated very well. I will have him back to do anything else that I ever need.

Shay was awesome right from Project onboarding process. He walked me through the process of Inspection and repair so that I understand what is going to happen during the entire project.Not many contractors do this today.Nick showed up next day with materials for fixing and after work is finished he explained what was broken and what was done for fix as well and gave me a little lesson on Roofing on what to look for from maintenance standpoint. He made sure that there were no leaks inside attic as well. Both Shay and Nick are awesome to work with and woudl recommend them for projects around the house.

Shay is very professional with good communication skills. Great roofing crew. He returned my call immediately, while the windstorm was still doing damage at HIS home. My mother's roof was repaired promptly and reasonably. I will always appreciate that.

Contacted these guys after a terrible experience trying to work with another company my insurance had recommended. They came out quickly, quoted a price that was more than fair, and had the repair done in a day. What a difference!

I hired this company to fix my leak I had in my roof caused by 2 skylights. They were very professional and got the job done. Not one drop came into my house today and it poured most of the day. GREAT JOB!!!!

I needed a roof repair over labor day week end. I contacted Home Advisors Friday night and got a call back that eve. They were out the next day and took care of the problem. He took pictures of the prob as I could not get up on the roof and explained the prob, the solution etc. Investigated thoroughly to diagnose the cause and assure no leakage into the crawl space. I would not hesitate to use this company or refer them. Very polite .

Shay promised a fair price and a job done well and he delivered! Nick did excellent work on our deck repair and he even went above and beyond to fix a few other issues with the deck that were not part of the damage we had requested repair on. He also gave us advice on how to maintain our deck ourselves and extend its life. We will definitely be hiring them again if we ever need repair again in the future and/or when we are ready to replace our deck!

Shay was professional, responsive and came quickly. This was important because it was a roof leak during December in Seattle! He seemed very knowledgeable about tile roofs, quickly spotted the issue, and made the repairs. He also checked and addressed a couple of other concerns on the roof.

I called these guys and described the problem after heavy winds. The estimate was cautious as it should have been. I received a call the next day indicating someone would be at the house to verify the damage and estimate. They showed up, completed the job and ran with the estimate which was entirely reasonable. For these guys to come in and finish the job with no fuss and no problems was awesome. I would wholly recommend 1st Choice Home Construction to anyone. Competent, thorough, above and beyond what was asked for..... Good company and a pleasure to work with.
