Description of Work: Raise the back porch and part of patio. Patio was not raised enough so had to come back. The work created some other gaps that weren't there before, so we had to fill in ourselves with putty and cement. Overall, good job but not perfect like brand new. Enjoyed meeting the rep/owner during initial visit. They did not hesitate to come out again to fix the job.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used them in Five years. They poured around the front porch due to some erosion problems. The estimate and final costs were the same. They were professional in the estimate and very professional in the work. They drilled a couple of extra holes to make sure the erosion was only confined to one area and not the walkway. They were quick, I was able to ask questions during the filling process, and they were pleasant, and did not waste any time. The crew worked together very well in concert. I will be asking them again when I am ready for the next job that is already being worked.

Description of Work: Driveway was broken up and uneven due to tree roots. Replacing driveway was from $15k to $20k, so I thought for fraction of the cost, I'll try Slabjack and fix my existing driveway and see how it does. They did a great job at evening out the concrete, so now I can patch the cracks and it will hopefully keep it's shape for a few more years.

Description of Work: Our large patio had several cracks with deviations in elevation due to settling of the slab at one corner. They were able to regain the original elevation of the slab and completely eliminated the tripping hazard. Although cracks remain to be filled for esthetics, the slab surface is perfectly flat! Results were exactly as described at the estimate. Slab jacking was far less expensive than any other means to resolve the problem. The crew was very efficient and professional. I would recommend them highly!

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. Another company bid the job without even addressing the sections of the driveway that had settled along with the garage floor and front porch. Slab jack raised several driveway sections and didn't charge much more than the other company bid for just the garage and porch. Another of our concerns was that the brick facia on the garage was cracked in several places from the settling of the garage floor and driveway. The guys were pretty sure they could do the job without making it worse, and were even optimistic the cracks might even close up some. After Slab jack brought everything back up to its original level, not only had they not caused any more damage to the brick, they were able to close most of the large cracks, so the brick repair will be much easier than it would have been. They were easy to work with and knew what they were doing. I can recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: They raised the entire (2-car) garage floor, the front porch, and 2/3 of our concrete driveway.

 + 0 moreThe guys came out the first time and figured out that even their longest (3 foot) bit wouldn't work on this stupid porch so the owner figured out another way of doing it and worked with us to get the job done. Excellent communication skills and the guys that did the job were very pleasant and seem to do good work. And they cleaned up after themselves! I'll let you if the front porch decides to stay up...but wasn't for a lack of trying on their part!
Description of Work: Leveling of driveway and front porch. Normally this work doesn't cost as much as it did, but the builder saw fit to pour a couple tons of cement to make the front porch, so instead of their usual method of leveling, they had to drive a bunch of piles in (excuse my layman terms...I just know that it took a lot of work).
