Description of Work: Erich and one of his technicians did several plumbing repairs and installed a new kitchen faucet. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Description of Work: They fixed our dishwasher and stopped the pipes from making a horrible noise every time someone flushed the toilet. They came out the day after I called, fixed our dishwasher, which was overflowing through the overflow valve at the sink. They then fixed the toilet so that the pipes are once again quiet. They then said to call them if the problems came back and didn't charge us for the visit! It's been a week and the dishwasher is working just fine and the toilet no longer howls. We will definitely be using them again.

Description of Work: Installed a shower and sink in a limited basement enclosure; effectively turning a utility sink and old toilet into a full size bathroom with the existing pocket-door entrance. Now we have a cozy, private, and functional bathroom that didn't break the bank or require the tearing down of walls!

Description of Work: I called Protocol and Erich was working on another call. He made time for us that very day and in less than an hour later the leak under my kitchen sink was fixed! Erich replaced the plumbing fixtures that a previous plumber had installed when we did a kitchen remodel. We will definitely call on Protocol again.

Description of Work: We had a broken pipe under the house with a pin hole leak in our office at our home, spraying up to the floor joists, then soaking the sub floor and eventually through the carpet saturating the floor. We did not discover the leak until late in the evening. We turned our water off, and called and left a message to Erich to please call firth thing in the AM. Erich called back at 8:30 am, told us he was completly booked and referred us to AA Plumbing who had a team out to us in 90 minutes! Good, fast referral! Thanks Erich.

Description of Work: I give my highest recommendation to Erich Klemp from Protocol Plumbing. I bought a 33-year-old townhouse and needed an outside water faucet replaced. He arrived on time and I felt his price was very reasonable. What I was most impressed with was after he finished the job I had a bunch of questions about my new place. I even thought I might have some more items that needed replacing. Erich walked through my entire house inside, outside, and up into the attic and he patiently answered all of my questions. He could have told me I needed to replace other items, but he gave me peace of mind that all plumbing items were in good working order. He even went through how I should winterize my pipes. When he left, he would not let me pay for his extra time! Erick is a hardworking, trustworthy person.

Description of Work: Emailed at 6:45am, reply and appointment scheduled by 7:05. Technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time, fixed the leaky pipe, cleaned up and was gone within an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had two leaks from our showers. Called and left a voicemail and Tim called back very promptly. It was on a Monday and it looked like it would be a couple of days before he could come out but he promised to call back in a couple of hours to confirm. He did call back as promised and was able to get us an appointment that same day. He came out and he and his assistant tried as hard as they could to get the leaks to happen but wouldn't you know it neither one would. He was very patient and worked through all the possibilities but nothing happened. Wasted trip for him as there was nothing to fix. The leaks are still a mystery but I got good service from Tim and they will be our plumbers for the future. The card is on the refrigerator. Thanks Tim.
