I had a pipe burst in my bathroom, I gave JNA services a call and they had a guy out there within an hour or so to fix my mitigation problem. Freindly service and very transparent. Had John come and repair the external pipe to my sprinkler system. It lasted one season before it broke again. Reached out to John a few times, but he just ignored me.
