They were men of few words, but pleasant and competent. On time, cleaned up after themselves.. I have had no problems since. Theytoo a bit long. getting the replacement parts and it seemed the calls got passed to several people while the parts were shipping, but all is well that ends well, and if they had not managed the warranty arrangements it would have cost me thousands more.

It went poorly. The main drain from the house was clogged. Day and Nite cleaned it, and provided a "warranty."Flash forward a week. Slow drains, a call to Day and Nite from our property manager and a request for service under warranty.Day and Nite would not honor their own warranty. Pretty darn sleazy where I come from.Stay away.

Bruce unplugged an area that had gotten clogged and explained the problem. He showed me how to do it in the future. He recommended I have the furnace cleaned and have the piping replaced to prevent the condensation problem from continuing to occur. He arrived on time - as a matter of fact, he was scheduled to come in the morning and called the evening prior and said he could come within a half hour if I wanted to have my furnace fixed earlier. I gladly accepted his offer - who wants to wake up to a cold house when they could wake up to a warm one? The whole thing took a half hour at most.

Tyler from Day and Nite was my service specialist. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took great care with internal components of my aging furnace. He recommended I replace my furnace due to its age; this and water heater replacement was recommended by my home inspector earlier as well. He explained the different options for furnace and water heater replacement, their rough estimated cost, and types of retrofitting necessary for newer high efficiency models. However, the focus remained on ensuring my current furnace was functional. I appreciated the information without heavy sales pressure. I received a discounted rate because I purchased a maintenance plan. I will be using Day and Nite when I need to install a new furnace, and may try them for plumbing.

Day & Night Plumbing & Heating did a great job and fixed a problem that should have been apparent to the other service providers I hired in the past.

I bought the service via angie's list - good deal. The technician was on time, quick, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He gave me good tips on how to maintain the furnace, correct way to change filters etc. He also explained why the water heater needs to be changed and servicing not a viable option. Overall i was really happy.

The technician (Bruce) did a very thorough inspection. He even used an inspection camera to inspect place that are difficult to see.

Earlier in the day another company came out to service the furnace at our new house. They couldn't get it to turn on and told me I should replace the furnace. I called around until I found someone who could come out that da and am very happy I found Day and Nite. They came out at 6 pm on a Friday and even showed up a little before 6 so I wouldn't have to pay overtime. Bruce had the furnace running within 15.minutes and determined that we needed a new thermostat, not a new furnace. He told me how I could save by replacing it myself, which I appreciated. But I asked him to do it because we were in the process of moving. He had it installed quickly. I plan to use Day and Nite in the future. Quality outfit that really will do after hours calls, unlike some of the other folks out there.

Tyler was professional, and patience with his customer. I had to run to Home Depot to pick up a filter, and he waited for me to come back to install it.

They were on-time and looked at our system. When they came, they indicated their service wouldn’t work for the system I had. They indicated they would provide a quote to replace the AC/Heating system.

When I called these guys, the quote over the phone was $1,200. But when they showed up the price kept escalating. The job ended up costing $3,200 just to replace the hot water heater. Beware of Day and Nite. Get them to quote a firm total price before they start any work.

The 2 bathroom sink basins were extra large. None of the pipes were checked or cleaned out. . The 2 toilets did not fit in the space. A black one-inch rubber spacer was placed behind both toilets, between the back of each toilet and touching the wall. A Sears refrigerator installer was here a few days prior to Nite & Day. Either Nite & Day or Sears damaged a shelf, beyond repair, on a cabinet. White the Sears representative was here, I left for about 20 minutes. During that time, he made an unauthorized long distance phone call! .

Late last evening, we found our carpet soaking wet and our furnace leaking water all over from an unclear location. This morning (a Saturday), we called Day & Nite and they offered to send someone today, while other companies were offering Monday or Tuesday appointments. They warned me that they might not be able to get here until after 6:00, which would make the appointment a bit more expensive, but that they would come as soon as they possibly could. They wound up calling at 3:00 to say they could come early if I was available, which was fantastic. Their technician, Todd, came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Our air filters were all gummed up and our refrigerant was low, which had caused a coil to develop ice. The water was from the ice falling from the coil and melting all over our furnace closet. Todd examined our whole system, then took apart the filter and showed us how to clean each of the pieces and then reassemble it, so we'd be able to do it ourselves in the future. He also refilled our refrigerant and answered all of our questions about maintenance very clearly and patiently. Finally, he fixed a pipe that had come loose and could potentially have released carbon monoxide into our house. He told us how we could do it ourselves to save some money, but we asked him to do it just to be on the safe side. He went the extra mile, completely sealing the pipe and a separate crack in the casing, and then using brackets to straighten the pipe and strap it more securely in place so it won't happen again. He was a pleasure to have in our home. Nite & Day charged us less for the service visit AND for the actual service than we were being quoted by other companies (the ones who couldn't come until Monday or Tuesday). Overall, this was an excellent service experience. I will call them again, both for yearly maintenance, and if anything goes wrong with our system in the future.

Bruce did the bestt tune up check that I have ever had. The heating/ac company is an excellent choice for the service.

They inspected my furnace and did a good job. My roommate was home at the time and he gave her some tips. He was at the home 30 minutes to an hour.

We've had a few water leaks because we live far from the main rod, yet 4 families drive over our water pipes buried in the long driveway. One in particular, was on a Saturday (of course) and massive! We knew we'd had a leak but we couldn't find it until suddenly water was seeping up at a rapid rate! Not only did the guys from Day & Night come right out, even the owner was in the trenches helping dig! He, in fact, is the one that told them he felt the leak was originating from an entirely different spot from where the water was oozing up. Sure enough..he was right. They gave us a break on the "week end" price even. They are amazing. The techs have n incredible knowledge of trees, their roots and water tables like I've never seen, which is important when you live in a treed area. Tree roots can wreak havoc with water lines! We totally trust them and would hire no one else..ever.

The total charge was $300 which was extremely expensive given the total work performed. They offered to repair the leak for a total of $600 which I declined. I appreciated that they did make suggestions on how I might repair the leak myself, which I did for $30 in materials and 1/2 hour of time.

Our furnace tune-up was purchased through an Angie's List Deal. I was very surprised when Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating was able to schedule a very timely appointment, only four days after I purchased the deal. We were given a two-hour window and Tyler arrived very near the beginning of the window. Tyler was very professional and exceptionally personable as well. He brought in his well organized equipment and after asking a few questions, began working. He inspected and cleaned the furnace, answered my questions along the way and seemed to do a very thorough job. He worked quietly and cleaned up completely when he was done. It turned out our furnace was older than we thought, so I was pleasantly surprised that Tyler didn't try to up-sell our furnace's needs. Instead he showed us the data from the inspection report which showed that our furnace was very efficient for it's age. I waited through three months of our winter season with very heavy furnace usage before reviewing, and our furnace has performed as needed. I would happily use Day & Nite Plumbing and Heating again. Keep in mind that if you are searching for them, their name is spelled "NITE"!

A lot of money for a new head for the unit, or pick up a paper filter for it. We opted for the paper element, and the tech gave us the dimensions of the filter to purchase.

The appointment had to be rescheduled twice because it was pretty cold and they had a lot of "no heat" calls. I didn't mind.After the rescheduling (they called in advance to ask if we could reschedule), the service was prompt (arrived at the promised time). Everyone was very professional. The work was done for a flat rate which was very competitive.
