It didn't.
Description of Work: I asked them for an estimate for replacing the heating and air conditioning systems at my church. Their estimator came out and looked over everything and said I would get and estimate in about a week. The estimate didn't come. I called back about two weeks later asking about getting the estimate, the receptionist said she would give the estimator the message. To this day I have not heard back from them. The job was given to another company. I was very disappointed that I never heard back from them.

The two young men who came were polite, efficient and left everything very clean. Prior to arrival, they called to say they were on the way, although they got held up en route so were a little late. Plumbing service always seems expensive, but the work was well done.

EXPERIENCE WAS OK. DAY AND NITE WAS QUICK TO ARRIVE ON SITE AND HAD A VARIETY OF TANKS ON HAND FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE. THEY INSTALLED IT WITHOUT INCIDENT AND EVEN PUT IN EARTHQUAKE STRAPS. SEEMED PRICEY, BUT I WAS WILLING TO PAY GIVEN HOW AVAILABLE THEY WERE. EVERYONE ELSE WANTED US TO WAIT A FEW DAYS.

WE CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES TO COME BID ON THE SERVICE. THIS COMPANY STOOD OUT OVER THE OTHERS WITH THEIR WILLINGNESS TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS WE HAD. THE INSTALLER THEY HAD DO THE JOB WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND INSTALLED AN EXTRA FAN SWITCH AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE I ASKED FOR ONE. HE ALSO GAVE US A YEARS SUPPLY OF FILTERS FOR FREE.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR FURNACE GO OUT. THE HEAT EXCHANGER CRACKED AND WE WERE VERY NEARLY KILLED BY CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING.
