Our AC failed on the hottest day of the year. All the other AC companies I called were setting appointments at least two weeks in advance. C&C Olympic came out the same day and fixed the problem (which they discovered was partly caused by a mistake an electrical contractor had made). They did a great job, and didn't recommend anything that we didn't really need.

Excellent job. Chris has been service our heat pump for many years. He is prompt, pleasant and informative. We will contact C&C if and when we need service or replacement.

I had a whole house fan in a previous home so I was able to tell the contractor exactly what type of fan I wanted. He claimed he was unable to find that type of fan and instead installed one that was totally inadequate. I did some research and learned that the fan he installed was rated at less than 8% of the CFM recommended by the Home Ventilating Institute. Also, the type of fan I had asked for was widely available both nationally and locally. I found a local supplier, gave the contractor all the information needed to order the proper fan, and asked that the inadequate fan be replaced. After removing the old fan and doing a poor job of installing the new one he then expected me to pay for the time to install the wrong fan, the time to remove the wrong fan, and the time to install the new fan (with a small discount for the previous job). He claims I should have known that the fan he proposed was not right. I think that was his job. And he billed me nearly $600 for the $399 fan even though we had already agreed on the price. When I called to complain about the bill he said if I didn't pay him within 24 hrs he would turn it over to a collection agency. And he did just that even though the bill wasn't even due for another 3 weeks.

I had another company come out and tell me I needed a new furnace. I called C & C to get a second opinion and they were able to fix the furnace very quickly. They replaced the sequencer in about 10 or 15 minutes and the furnace has worked fine ever since. They do quality work and I would highly recommend them.

Called 12/26 to have our gas furnace repaired. As of 12/30 I have yet to receive a call back.

Chris arrived on-time, was efficient and friendly, and did a fine job. He pointed out how the igniter was in need of replacement, but also noted that a cracked vent fan casing was not uncommon and didn't need to be replaced unless it got worse. I appreciated his honesty and no attempt to sell something I didn't need. (Like a whole new furnace.) I'll have them back each year for this - I was very impressed.

Very good experience! Chris was very detailed and came up with a plan that no other bidder thought of; installing(cold air return). System works great, crew were professional and quick. Chris followed up during job.

They were prompt and easy to work with. We had to make appointment and with them and the renters, so they were very flexible and reliable. I like that they don t just give me a four hour window to sit and wait a half a day.

The furnace unexpectedly quit working on a Sunday afternoon. We left a message with the C & C answering service. They called us first thing Monday morning. A service technician was out in the afternoon. The fail safe caused the furnace to quit working. The technician said that it could have quite working due to old age or because of a broken gas valve. He recommended first replacing the fail safe a $4 part and see what happens. About 20 minutes after he left, the furnace quit working again. He turned right around and came back. Unfortunately, the problem would not repeat itself until after he left. We called again the next morning and they sent someone out within a couple hours. They witnessed the problem, changed the gas valve a $270 part and ever since then the furnace has been working well. The great thing was the only labor they charged was from the first service call.

CHRIS IS THE GUY WHO HAS BEEN COMING OUT FOR YEARS TO LOOK AND WORK ON MY HEAT PUMP/AIR SYSTEMS. HE IS A VERY NICE MAN AND DOES A GREAT JOB. HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I ASK FOR TO COME TO MY HOUSE TO WORK ON MY HEATER.I TRUST HIM AND THE COMPANY.
