 + -1 moreThis is one of the least professional, worst-performing companies I have ever dealt with. The main breaker on my rental occasionally tripped and needed to be reset so I called Ford to fix it. 1st work request. Tech showed up unannounced at the rental property, I sent him to pick up the key from the manager, and he didn't return the key until asked days later. The invoice said, "MINIMUM LABOR CHARGE $ 175.00 CHECKED POWER, RESET MAIN BREAKER." It needs to be reset all the time that's why I called. this isn't fixed. 2nd work request. After several calls and a follow-up visit, Ford agreed to replace the electrical panel. They were going to shut off power Thursday replace the panel Friday and turn power back on Monday. When I called Monday they claimed they had no record of a work order for me and asked if I wanted to schedule the replacement. I politely explained I would prefer they verify if the work was already done since I had received a confirmation call on Thursday. They called back and said the job hadn't been done but they could get it done the next day (Tue). I called Wednesday and was told they did the work but didn't know If the power was back on. I called Thursday they still needed an inspection next week. I had renters scheduled for Friday and my rental manager sends me these pics of the mess Ford left. Ford does not communicate, track orders, or follow through and they leave a mess. I hope anyone reading this goes with another company.

 + -1 moreIt was expensive but in order to help a local company we decided to use this local company. Electric outlets in one room didn’t work. Initially we ignored it. When we called and asked them to check it out, they claimed it is not their responsibility anymore because it passed the inspection. Shameful business practice. Go somewhere else.

 + -1 moreDidn't can't actually get anyone to respond.
Description of Work: Had an appointment for a quote, called a few minutes after he was suppose to be there. was told he would be there in 20 minutes, 20 minutes later i call back he says hew forgot. finally comes out and does a walk through and says he will get back to me. After a couple months of no contact i call again and was told he was on the phone he would call me back. he didn't. emailed, got a response they were waiting on something from the electrical inspector. Emailed again asking for an eta as i suspect 2+ months is enough time to get a response from the electrical inspector. Radio silence again. Sad as the time i had some work done before the guys that did the work were great.

 + -1 moreStill been feeling unsafe in my house. Have not been able to use my bedroom electrical's even after they came out and did whatever they did.
Description of Work: I'm really not sure, Changed some fuses around and took some out and about 6 months later, still having the same issues.
