We have used their services twice. They were great! We needed to change out appointment at the last minute and they were very helpful and flexible with it. They showed up on time and did a good job. They were wonderful!

In the beginning, he seemed very friendly and was up to the work. I feel that he wasn't very thorough and missed some areas. It didn't look clean to me in some small areas. He was caulking some of the sink, and it did not look smooth and finished at the end.

John came on a saturday to give an estimate for the job. He remarked that if he had the right color grout he would perform the work right then. I happened to have what he needed and he did the work then and there. Outstanding service and top-notch work.

They were very nice. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home to do the work. His communication was good. I will use him again in the future if needed.

I bought the deal because I have two tile rich bathrooms that needed cleaning and a little repair work done. Although they were booked for two months out, they were able to squeeze me, although it was a date I was out of town, since one of the bathrooms belonged to a unit I was getting ready to rent out. I had a friend let them in and all seemed well. When I got home, one bathroom was not up to par, so I gave them a call and they said they would come out a second time to redo the work. Although it was a month out, I decided to accept it. I really appreciated this and the second time the job was done perfectly. I do think that the coupon gave them way too much work and that scheduling was a bit far off into the future if someone needed a job done quickly (this is why they get a B for responsiveness). Luckily I decided to hold off renting my apartment so the late dates were fine, but it may not be fine for others. I would suggest you point out, at the beginning, any areas that need special attention to them, especially if you have a lot of tile in your bathroom like I do. I did this the second time and found out that he didn't even see them during the first attempt. So it pays to communicate what you hope to be accomplished. I was a newbie in doing this, so it was a learning experience for both of us!

He did a great job and it looks beautiful. He was great. He came out and did a beautiful job regrouting our shower. He is a really nice man.

very appreciated the cleaning work and caulking. though I did need someone to work on grout and putting back loose off tiles. neighbor said that it's good deal for a task pricewise. though the work(grout) requested wasn't done. owner isn't pleased that the tiles didn't get back which is the main reason for this service. along the grout work around kitchen counter.

I called in October when I purchased my Big Deal, and there was a wait period because the response was very good. John scheduled me during Thanksgiving week, which I thought was nice on his part, being so close to the holiday. I had the bathroom completely emptied and John expressed his appreciation for being prepared. He set to work, which took almost 3 hours even in my smaller area. I felt that he was doing a very thorough job.

The work was done, no fuss, no muss and finished in about 3 hours.

The experience with them was great, but I just could not have the work done. They were responsive, upfront about scheduling, and I would say that they seem like they are a great company.

Our shower stall in the master bathroom was just gross. After 17 years, the grout was stained and just couldn't be cleaned anymore. The caulking was nasty and was growing mold. One of the shower stall tiles was cracked. Ick! Nevertheless, John came in and after 1/2 day of work, left us with a shower that essentially looks new. He stripped out all the old grout and caulk. We had a replacement tile from when the house was built, so he chipped out the old one and put it in. New grout, new caulk, a couple days to dry and we're thrilled. This will last us many more years until we can afford a total update in there. John was booked out 6 weeks, so if you're thinking of doing this, get an estimate sooner than later then get him scheduled.

Set up an appointment at 8am, was a little late due to traffic. I explained to John that the grout had been coming out of the tiles in the shower, since this was recently done, before I moved into the house, I was concerned about water damage. I previously had a handyman come out and do some repair. John looked at it and let me know that the work that had been done to patch had been done well and that mostly the grout coming out was due to air bubbles when the original people did the work. I was not charged for the estimate. I was very impressed that he did not say that it all the grout didn't need to come out, especially when I told him that is what I thought. He could have very easily agreed and I would have never known the difference. I will call the Grout Dr. when I really do need something fixed and would highly recommended him to anyone else.

Everything went really well. They showed up right on time. He was organized and friendly. He knew what he was doing. There was one tile on my counter that I unaware was loose, he repaired it at no extra charge. He was also respectful to my home and pet.

Called and left a message. Never heard back.

They gave us some useful information and helped us. They didn’t charge us for that. He forgot the first appointment, and we had to make a second appointment with him. He was here when he told he would be here.

He was on schedule and quick to correct the problem. There was a slight problem he had to come back and correct and he did it. The price was very reasonable. He gave us both a senior discount and an Angie's List discount. He was excellent. We'd definitely use him again.

My grout looks like new, making my tile look just like new. Who would have guessed that, in a couple of hours of hard work by John, it would be like having a new floor. Terrific! I'm very pleased.

John called, and rather than reseal our granite countertops, he suggested we first use a cleaner that he recommended to see if that woud restore the shine. We appreciated his help in trying to save us money, and if we do need any grout or granite work in the future we will be sure to contact him.

On time for both estimate and work, which was done efficiently and neatly.

John first quoted the job and then schedule time to do the work at a later time. He arrived on time, and the work was completed in a timely manner, with all the clean up done when he left. THe first bathroom John worked on was such a mess that i wasn't sure if John could re-grout, or if I would have to tear the tile out. He assured me he could do the work, and that the tiles were in good shape. The grout was missing in places and there were holes in the grout where black mold had begun to form. It was really gross. John removed the old grout and completely cleaned the tiles before re-grouting and sealing. He did a beautiful job. He even caulked around the tub to make the job look finished. He cleaned up his mess and left my bathroom looking new. I am thrilled! The second bathroom was a remodel gone bad. John did his best to scrub the tiles and grout, and then he sealed it all. The shower looks so much better and again, I am thrilled with his work. John strikes me as a no nonsense guy, who is hard working, fair and honest. I will definitely use him for all my grouting needs.

He was fabulous. He was wonderful. I took his card and gave it to everybody I knew. He was terrific. I would use him in the future.

John was very nice, very professional. The work was done in about three hours and the floors look great - much nicer than the prior company I used.

He was on time, was done in no time, and I was pleased with his work. I was so pleased with his work I'm having him back on 5/7 to redo some tile caulking in my kitchen, a much larger job. I would not hesitate to use him. His price for the first job was reasonable, and when I contacted him about a few spots missed, he came back and fixed them in nothing flat. That was also when I hired him for the tile job in the kitchen.

One of the dogs is a rescue dog and although he's over 12 years old, he still has accidents. I wasn't sure he would be able to clean the grout in that entry way where the dog had accidents but he did a great job! The tile and grout looked like new. He also sealed it as well. I'd recommend him any time!

Great cleaning, non-toxic cleaners used (although the odor made us turn off the heat and open the windows anyway!), very neat, took care not to hurt other things around the areas to be cleaned. Worked hard. Pleasant man and honest. Very helpful to me in particular - when I called him to set the appointment, I asked him if he worked with tile to repair, set loose ones, etc and he said that he did. I told him that I was planning to put on a kitchen tile backsplash and I had never done that before. If I was ready to do the project when he came, could I ask him for advice? - and he was REALLY helpful. Gave me lots of tips, helped choose the right tools from those we had already, what my thinset should look like and how it worked best. Great guy...I'd hire him back in a minute.
