The Grout Doctor

The service was ok. They re-did the grout, and there was a lot of cloudy residue that they left behind. I had to scrub it all out myself after they left. They also re-caulked my bathtub, and the caulk did not hit all of the places it needed to. The workers were very nice and courteous, though.

I purchased a coupon for a discount off Angie's List (good deal). Had a semi long wait to get an appointment (he was booked way in advance) On the day he came and did an amazing job on my tile bathroom floor. He got it back to white!

The service was excellent!, friendly and efficient! Our bath tile and kitchen floor tile looked like new again. I highly recommend The Grout Doctor! He knows what he is doing.

The service was ok. I thought they would do some sort of steam clean, but he just cleaned it the same way I would have myself. He just used a brush and some cleaner. I was just expecting a bit more.

Arrived as promised, explained the process, took several hours to thoroughly clean the tile.

Purchased a deal on Angie's list. They phoned and emailed to remind us that we had only a couple more months to use the service, and said how far their calendar was booked out. Booked it, described the workman's appearance to give greater sense of security than uniform shirt alone would give. Reminder call given, He did a Great job! Will use them again.

Grout Doctor was very professional about setting up an estimate visit, showed up on time, after taking the appointment followed through very well. Service day was perfect, the person who came to do the work was on time, friendly, and did a great job!

Initally contacted Grout Doctor for estimate on line. Call back was timely and worker came on appointed time. Work was completed as estimated and was very satisfactory, i would not hesitate to use them again.

The grout doctor came early morning (7:15 am) as I had to leave the house by 10 am. He was done in less than an hour and did a fine job. He even tested out the entire edging to see if other tiles are coming loose. He found 1 or 2 more tiles that were coming lose and fixed all of them.

He was in and out in no time. I had to go back and clean some areas. I would never use them again. He obviously did not the tile because I am seeing a dark color in the grout when water hits it which is sign it needs to be sealed.

I have John Start from Grout Dr come every summer to clean and re-seal the grout in my bathrooms ( which are all tiled). He also replaces the caulking... Good-bye moldy spots, hello clean, fresh bathroom! He always does an excellent job.

It went fine. Some minor bobbling in scheduling, but nothing major. Once that was cleared up, it went very well.

I really liked his work. I was surprised; I didn’t expect that. I bought a coupon last year and he actually called me to remind that my coupon was coming up on its expiration date. He was getting busy and he wanted to get me scheduled. I thought that was a great idea; no one else has ever done that. He was personable, willing to share secrets on how to keep that floor clean so I would have him back less, and he did more than I expected him to do. I expected him to just clean my floor and seal it. I spent five days on my knees scrubbing that floor before it got sealed, thinking I was going to get someone who wasn’t as picky as I am. I was wrong; I didn’t need to do that after all. I have mosaic subway tiles on my bathroom floor and I’m very picky about it. He cleaned it. I asked him if he also caulked and he took care of caulking my bathtub for me as well. Admittedly, the coupon I bought covered more square footage than I had on that floor but I thought, for $149, that was fine. But he gave me more than I bargained for. I will give him an A in professionalism because he was professional and he knew what he was doing. However, he has a beard that looks like a walrus. His physical look concerned me but then he performed so I guess it shouldn’t matter.

We did have some scheduling conflicts. They were a little unflexible. But they work they did was great. He got it in with the right amount of time.

John called to ask if it was okay if he came early since he finished his other job early. He came and promptly went to work on the shower area. He cleaned the tile, caulked and sealed all of the tile. He was professional and efficient. He ended up caulking another area that was not in the agreement. John was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him.

Worker showed up exactly at the time he said he would. Promptly went to work. Took the time to answer my questions. It was a small job but was never made to feel that it wasn't worth the effort. He cleaned some pretty bad looking slate and filled in all the chipped grout. Also made sure the old grout matched the new. He cleaned up when done and I'm a happy with the job.

Very good job. Performed in a workmanlike manner. Was willing to use the sealer I preferred. Overall good job.

Everything went great! Bathrooms haven't looked that great in a while. Beth and John were an absolute pleasure.
