Danny and his sons did a fantastic job in seal coating my 2 driveways. Punctual, friendly with the highest quality of workmanship, he could answer all my questions before starting the job which was done at a highly competitive price point. As one of my driveways was very dry, he ever gave it a second coat of sealer at no charge.... Highly recommended!

Promised to make our driveway beautiful and fix the cracks. 5/23/24 Stayed off the driveway from Thursday(when work was supposedly finished) until Sunday. Found at least 10 spots that were not covered and it looked terrible. Called and got no answer. Called again, actually spoke to the operations manager. He told me the rain was really affecting everything and they were behind but â I was a priorityâ . I thanked him and waited patiently. A month went by, no contact. I texted him 6/27 and he promised he hadnâ t forgotten, complaining about the rain and I was â still a priority.â July 27, I texted again mentioning that we had an entire month of sunshine and I had not heard from him. No response! I texted again 8/5 with no response. Unfortunately I paid cash so no recourse ( stop payment or disputing my card). I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am awaiting their response. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!! Again, the screwed it up for other small businesses because I wonâ t pay cash again. Once they do a shitty job and then donâ t honor the deal that was made, there is nothing I can do except try to warn others. I checked their reviews and they explained away the bad ones that the people were impossible to please, they went back four times, blah, blah. Please donâ t use them!!! I am a very easy going, ethical, honest person and they ripped me off and not once have they tried to make it right!!

Excellent work, timely completion, fair price

Danny came out to my home and explained in great detail how he and his team would prepare my driveway to be seal coated, repair the cracks and root damage, and sealcoat the asphalt driveway. His bid was in the ballpark plus he has a 5 year warranty. After the initial prep and coating, Danny returned 10 days later to give some sections another coat and fill in some cracks that developed on the places that he used infrared to destroy roots. He also reinforced a berm or curb that was added to prevent or warn drivers from driving into a garden area adjacent to the driveway. He and his team were respectful, courteous, and took pride in their work.

They did a great job preparing the previously laid pavement done by another company, edging and cleaning around pavement to make ready for sealing, repairing pavement where possible, and then double sealing all of the asphalt. All was done professionally and in a timely manner. We are happy with how it turned out.

Great crew to work with very friendly employees

We hired them 2 years ago and we are still calling them back to repair faulty workmanship. They did come back last summer to repair some of the issues we had but never completely finished the job. This year it hadn't been even 6 months and we noticed that the cracks from the sealant were coming through and never properly sealed. We reached out today to see if they will respond. I let Danny know the last time we had communication when they were supposed to return and finish the project that was never done last summer. Will update this post when the issue is resolved. Other than that I would not recommend unless they honored their 100% guarantee.

Not a good qualified contractor. All tyheir woek had to be rripped out and redone.

Danny and his team transformed our long unsealed driveway with broken edges, cracks and holes into a gorgeous & smooth home improvement with curb appeal. Just minutes after it was completed, we were asked by neighbors for the contractor's name as they were so impressed with the finished project that was hand spread with a squeegee by Danny. Comes with a 6 year warranty and biannual visits to check condition. We recommend North West Asphalt Works and Danny's team.

I selected NW Asphalt Works primarily because of their experience in asphalt coatings. Danny and Johnny were very professional and courteous while presenting costs and performing the required work. During the initial prework walkthrough they were extremely helpful in full explanation and discussion of the work to be done, including coating application, methods, number of coats required and also enlightened me on small areas that needed extra attention and/or remediation for proper sealing. As the entire pavement was new, they also discussed the advantages of additional edge sealing. The work was completed in a timely manner with quality application. They also showed good concern and protection regarding surrounding non pavement related elements such as grass, garage doors, concrete garage or sidewalk paving, drain covers and etc. I highly recommend this company for asphalt related projects.

This is a revised review due to completing the requested missed sealing area touch-up on Aug. 2, 2023. Denny called me yesterday and said he and his crew would complete the touch-up this afternoon. I requested the touch-up work on May 14, 2023; Denny never mentioned his family loss during our multiple communications. Had I known this, we could have worked out the schedule accordingly. Our sincere condolences to his family. As I mentioned in my original review, his crew was excellent people. I would highly recommend this company, but I would like to see open communication that impacts scheduling work, such as the family loss, etc., can be arranged without hiccups.

Danny and John were excellent to work with. They were clear and honest in the information they provided regarding our project. I would recommend the company to others considering work on their driveway.
