He answered my call promptly so that was good. I made an appointment for the following week. He seemed pretty thorough when getting my information so I actually was expecting a reminder call the night before but none came. He was supposed to be at my house at 9am. I waited and waited. Finally at 9:25 I called him and he said he was getting close. He lives on the east side and there was traffic. That's not my problem. He should have accounted for that and left earlier. You don't run a business by being a half hour late. He should have at least called to say he was going to be late. Pull the car over and make a call. When he got here he wouldn't clean the car in front of my house because something about the city of Seattle. When we wash my car we wash it in front of the house. He parked in my alley by my garage but there is no driveway. You can't block the alley and I can't have all of the water running into my garage. So that was that. He left. I would never refer him or use him. If it was an issue to wash the car in front of the house he should have made that point a week ago and not wasted my time. He needs to clarify where the work will be done when making an appointment.

Due to circumstances this winter and spring, my car sat outside neglected for a long time. As anyone who lives in the Pacific Northwest knows, the pollen mixed with rain on a car for any length of time is a disaster, as it is becomes like concrete, gets in every crevice and is very difficult to remove. I found JC on Angie's List and was impressed by the reviews. I called him and he fit me in his schedule within a matter of days. He showed when promised, was professional and a delightful man to deal with. With the challenges he faced with my car, I knew that this was going to be a tough job. He worked on my car for 6 hours, and when he was done my sad old car looked like new. I expected that he would charge me more than he did based on the amount of time it took and the difficulties. Overall, an extraordinary experience to deal with JC. The only reason I checked that I would not use him again is that I am moving out of State. To all of you continuing to live in the Seattle area with the climate taking a toll on your vehicles, I would highly recommend you give JC a call. I have used other people to detail vehicles in the past, and JC outperformed them in every regard.

We were able to schedule an appointment quickly with JC and he arrived promptly. He worked for 9 hours on the vehicles, thoroughly cleaning and polishing every inch of the interior and exterior. We have two large dogs and it had been quite a while since the cars were last detailed. The results exceeded my expectations and we will definitely call JC in the future.

JC Showed up on time , got just about every single Labrador Retriever hair out of the carpet and my car smells like new again. Will definitely be calling him again to do the exterior of the car.

JC did a GREAT job. I had him scheduled for my car, and then called him the morning of my appointment to see if he could also detail my wife's car right after mine - which he did. They both looked great. His prices are great. We'll hire him again.

JC was great.! He arrived on time and worked on my Miata for four hours. I was quite pleased with the results. Best of all, he came to me!!!

There is nothing I can think of that would have made this service better. All these rave reviews are true! I called J.C. and reached him right away. We made an appointment for about 1.5 week out. He came to the house on Saturday morning, which was very convenient. J.C. arrived on time and was extremely polite. Then he went to work for almost 5 hours. He made my neglected 5-year-old car look like new. I was sure I would need to buy new rugs for it, but I figured I'd see what he could do. They look like NEW. There is no question I will call him the next time I need this service.

E-mailed JC, he responded promptly and performed the job on time and with excellent results. Both my daughter and I were very pleased with JC's work.

Juan Carlos personally answered the phone when I called last Thursday. I explained the situation and while I was hoping to have him come over on Friday, he suggested 8:00 on Sunday. First, I was amazed and impressed that he would even offer that time (because most services companies don;t want to work on a Sunday, let alone that early in the morning). Next, he arrived about 10 minutes early, another good sign. He was very personable and communicative about what he was going to do. While he was here we got to learn more about him, his goals for his small company, and also observed his work ethics. Impressive on all fronts. I know who we will call this spring when it's time to have our other car receive it's "spring cleaning".

I contacted JC by email and he replied within a couple of hours (which I expect from email vs phone). We exchanged a couple of emails to determine a mutually available date and time for JC to come to my house and detail my car. He was free and able to come within a few days, and was at my house that morning at precisely the agreed upon time. JC did a great job cleaning the interior and washing and waxing the exterior. The products he used did not make my car reek, thankfully, and it looks very nice inside and out. I have made a mental note to remind him before future jobs to not use slippery products on the runner boards because my kids find them very slippery in the rain, but I remember that happening with a different detail company in the past (I just have to remember to make that request and forgot this time). I am pleased with this service.

I hired JC based on A ratings here on Angies list. Well, just want to say everyone's review about JC is spot on. JC is a super nice guy, very friendly, trustworthy and best of all did a fantastic job detailing my 2009 BMW M6 Convertible. JC detailed interior and exterior of my car and I was very very pleased with the outcome. My car is better than new, definitely showroom condition. JC cleaned and treated my leather seats, cleaned and treated center console, dashboard, steam cleaned the carpet, cleaned the windows and he cleaned basically everything. The exterior of my car had light scratches and he buffed them all out to almost no longer noticeable condition. I asked him to put on two coats of wax and he had no problem with it and wouldnt even charge me any money but I insisted on paying as no work is free. I used to have a Bellevue company detail my car. They too did a fantastic job but they charge $250.00 for Exterior Detail job only. JC charged me $215.00 to detail both interior and exterior of my car. You really cant beat that. And again - he did a fantastic job. I will highly recommend to anyone to hire JC for car detailing. I told JC he will detail my car every 6 months from here on. And best of all, no need to drop off your car anywhere. JC comes over to your home and does it there. Five stars out of five for JC.

JC came to my home. He power washed and waxed the exterior, power washed the floor mats, cleaned the leather seats, vacuumed and shampooed the carpets, and completely cleaned the windows, dash, etc. He came early and spent about 3 hours on my car. I was very pleased and traded the car in for a newer car the following weekend. I could tell that the dealer was impressed with a car that was 17 years old and had 240,000 miles on it.

Surprisingly, I reached JC, by phone, in person, which eliminated the usual phone tag regimen. JC thoroughly described his services and offered several dates of availability. He didn?t mind working, early, and arrived right on time at 7 am. We discussed what areas of the detailing needed the most attention, and then he proceeded to work non-stop for almost 4 and a half hours. My sparkling car looks show-room worthy, and I?m thrilled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J.C. to both friends and family. Might I add, that JC's easy-going, polite, and friendly manner, made this a pleasant experience too.

JC showed up exactly at the appointment time.We went over the car discussing what work I wanted performed.JC is very professional and personable. He has a portable shelter as not to wax the car in direct sunlight and the car looked excellent inside and out when he finished.The convenience of having the work done at my place instead of leaving it somewhere for several hours and then finding a ride cannot be overstated.Overall very satisfied!

It went well. I have an older car, with cloth seating which needed a light cleaning. I feel that he did a great job on the upholstery, especially considering that the whole job was only maybe 1.5 hours in total.

It went great. I called JC because I wanted someone who was willing to come out to the house to do the work. I called on Thursday and he was here Friday morning. JC did a great job. My car has not looked this nice in over 5 years. He cleaned everything! My car is 9 years old, but if you lift up the hood to look at the engine it looks brand new! I recently moved from a neighborhood with dirt roads that were either muddy or dusty all the time. As a result my car had built up alot of grime inside and out. JC spent over 4 hours working on my car and I am so happy with the result. I'm proud to drive around town again! From a professional standpoint JC was also great. He was right on time, worked hard the whole time and explained everything he was doing very well. It was a great experience for me all around.

I think it went great overall. One of the things I distaste about having someone detail my car is the products they often use are heavily scented. While I can't say there was no scent, I can say it was minimal. I would have appreciated all of the items taken out of the various cubbies of the interior being placed in the seat or floor instead of simply being added to an existing box (intended for Goodwill) in the trunk. But it wasn't too difficult to figure things out and put them back where they belonged. I've received a couple compliments already on the interior and will definitely call JC again when it's time for another interior (and possibly exterior) detail.

My car looks brand new once again! JC arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. Given that my vehicle has cloth interior I am certain I will use his services again soon. :-)
