I have a 2007 Saturn Vue. It had never been professionally cleaned. To say the least, it was a mess. JC arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He went over my concerns with me. He then spent about 4 1/2 hours on my car. It is now spotless inside and out. He even used a multistep process to clean the engine area. It looks like brand-new! Everything is fantastic. I will definitely have him out again to keep it this way. Thanks JC!

He arrived promptly in the morning and started cleaning our SUV inside and out. He did an excellent job right in our driveway and it was all done about four hours later. The car looks great.

JC just finished detailing the exterior and interior of our family car. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. JC arrived on time and was extremely professional as he outlined the steps he would take to complete the service. He worked efficiently all morning and finished within a four-hour period, as he predicted. Although he charges more than other car detailing companies, the fact that he performed the work at our home (convenient!) and that he runs such a professional small business, made it worth the extra cost for us.The inside, outside and engine of our car all look immaculate - you would think the car was brand new! JC arrived at my home at appointed time,proceeded to thoroughly clean,my carpets,engine compartment,tires,wheels,windows and thoroughly wash,wax and polish the entire vehicle. I posted the car online for sale and it was sold in 1 hour ! Thanks much in part to JC's Awesome detail work........

My wife is a hard working professional and an avid cycylist. She spends long hours in her car and has NO time to clean it up. Add to that mix a dog who sheds constantly and a college age son who occasionally shares the vehicle to go out for food (his 24 hour obsession). This Camry has well over 150 K hard miles on it and it gets dirty .... sometimes real dirty. We have had it "detailed" by two other times in the past few years by other mobile auto detailers. They did a decent job given the condition of the vehicle, but it was essentially an expensive car wash and vacuum. We had to wait a couple weeks until he had an opening in his calendar, but J C arrived at our home as scheduled today. He was very professional, always had a smile and did not flinch when he saw the job he was asked to do. We supplied water and power and space to open the doors of our car and park his van next to it. This is important because his van is really a mobile workshop. He supplied everything else. When J C left, our Toyota actually had a SHINE! I did not think that would be possible without a new paint job. Everything sparkled - engine, trunk, wheels and the interior looked like it just came off the car lot! There is clean and shine, but with J C you can see and FEEL the CLEAN and SHINE. This man worked magic. His price was slightly higher than "the other guys", but the job was 10 times better. I scheduled him to come back and do my car next week and I am excited to use his services again. J C is worth the longer wait and the few extra dollars. His price is really fair and you will not be disappointed.

I scheduled JC to detail my wife's car on Friday for her birthday. I confirmed the date and location, my wife cleared out the car, and parked it in the driveway. I was not there but my wife said JC was visibly upset about the work space. I guess our Ballard driveway, with 10 feed of grassy parking strip on either side, was too small. Funny because I wash cars, change tires, etc. there all the time. He wasn't happy with our hose and threw that across the yard. He seemed even more angry when my wife asked him, politely, not to place his cleaning supplies in our garden box. Anyway, she got spooked and said he didn't need to do the job if he didn't want to. He agreed but then demanded $40 for his time. I wouldn't even have posted this review if he'd just walked away from the job. No big deal, but to charge her for walking away?! I called him an hour later and he agreed to return the money. On the plus side I got the $40 the next day but he had the gall to write that my wife had "informed him the service was cancelled. She communicated this in a very bad way." Not only is he flakey, but a liar too. We most definitely did not cancel the service (it was a birthday present after all) and my wife is one of the most respectful people on the planet. Maybe he's good at detailing, I'll never know, but JC's people skills definitely need work.

Did a great and very thorough job - got stuff out from under the seats I hadn't seen in years, whole car shines in and out.

JC arrived right on schedule, talked about what we needed done and worked five hours straight. He did an EXCELLENT job on a car that was 13 years old and had never been detailed. He took his time, was careful with great attention to detail! We will definitely use him again!

JC was outstanding. Super professional and highly responsive. He thoroughly detailed both my cars, inside and out. They look absolutely fantastic. He's not particularly cheap but well worth it. Excellent service.

A co-worker of mine used JC last year and he came highly recommended. JC had excellent communication via e-mail giving me pricing estimates and setting up an appointment just a few days out. The day before the appointment we had more correspondence as the weather report called for heavy rain. JC said he just needed water, electricity, a driveway area, and the rain would be no problem if I had garage space large enough for the doors to open all the way. He showed up right on time and had a clean van full of supplies. First thing he did was examine the car for problem areas. We discussed the specks of road tar on the white exterior and the dirty door jambs. And, since this station wagon cargo area had been used to transport (temporarily) a yellow lab to and from work for a couple months, there was plenty of dog hair jammed back there. There was a reasonable additional fee of $30 for the extra cleaning required, bringing the total to $265. He was meticulous and spent over five hours on the car, leaving a smooth exterior finish with a glossy shine. And, he got the cargo area and all the interior showroom clean. He is cautious about engine bay cleaning for fear of damaging the electronics under the hood. If that part of the detail is important to you, it should be discussed ahead of time. I would use him again for this or my other vehicles.

DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE! He did not show up for scheduled appointment to detail 2 vehicles. He did not even call, left us waiting and wondering and with a wasted day!

Amazing attention to detail and dedicated to get our car looking its best which was no easy task considering we have a large family that includes a large dog he leaves hair everywhere. JC spent nearly six hours to get the work completed and we could not be happier with his work.

Sensational service in every way. It is not cheap, but would not hesitate to use JC for special occasion in future.

I have three busy teenagers and three dogs who also ride in the car with me. JC assured me my car would not be a problem for him to detail. I have never had a car detailed before so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, I just knew my car was a disaster. He explained the process to me over the phone and I made an appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised that JC came to the house and could work around my busy schedule. He showed up promptly and went right to work. After about 5 hours he was ready to do a walk through with me and I was shocked! My car looked like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor and it smelled great too! JC is warm and friendly and a very hard worker. I would highly recommend him and I am already looking to see when he can come back for my husbands car!

He was great, did the work expected and more. He was not only on time but he did the work quickly.' He didn't normally work in that area of town but made an exception for me.

JC did a fantastic job. My 2006 Mini Cooper looked nearly brand new, and JC even managed to remove stubborn water stains from the fabric upholstery. We sold it at our asking price to the first buyer who looked at it. I would highly recommend JC and will be using him in the future.

JC arrived early. He explained what he was going to do and he did it.. JC spent 5 1/2 hours detailing my pick-up, and he did a superior job. I've had a number of my vehicles detailed over the years. By leaps and bounds. this is the best job I've ever seen! My truck sparkles!
