His answers helped us to think about other updating to our system we can consider in the future. Great job!

Description of Work: We moved to a new house with a hydronic radiant heating system we were unfamiliar with. He did an inspection, made sure everything was working properly and fully explained the system then charged us considerably less then we had expected to pay. I have recommended Black Lion to all our neighbors with the same system and will most certainly use them again.

They quickly located the part that needs replacing, and gave us the peace of mind in letting us know the repair isn't urgent. We love this company! Description of Work: They replaced our free-standing gas heater with an updated version and cleared our chimney. They were friendly, fast and efficient. We appreciated Kevin's input and competence when helping us decide next steps, he's a gem. We are pleased with Black Lion and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Description of Work: It went well. They came on time. Went right to work. The service person was very knowledgeable and did a very good job in replacing my hot water tank. He also inspected my furnace and find some problem. So I was able to get the problem fixed before it did more damage.
