Description of Work: They replaced the filter did a inspection found that I needed a new furnace. I only had one problem after he left that the heat wouldn't come on and I called him he gave me some advice and I've been living without heat for over a week.

Description of Work: They inspected and tuned up the furnace and replaced the filter. Technician was prompt, efficient, and courteously answered all my questions. Our furnace is quite old, but functioning well at this time, so he also indicated areas which would need attention in a year or so.
