Description of Work: A/C unit was installed, the installation team was professional and the install was clean. After the guys left the A/C did not work, nor did the furnace which was fine before hand. I called to have them come back and get it all working, they said they would schedule it and call me back. No response. I called the next day, same thing. No response. I called and left a voicemail the next day. I called and talked to someone the following monday, they apologized and swore I would be hearing back that day. No response again. It was getting cold and we needed out furnace so I called and had another company fix the system. Weeks later Black Lion called me saying there was a balance I owed them. I offered to subtract the cost of the repair and pay them the balance. They yelled at me on the phone and said they were sending me to collections. This is the first thing they actually followed through on and I am currently fighting the collections company to avoid paying them more than I owe.

Description of Work: Technician arrived punctually as agreed, proceeded to assess the old furnace, cleaned 4 filters and advised of a missing control and what to do about it; at my request discussed life projection of current NG furnace; was offered an annual service contract. This was well worth the cost and time.
