Description of Work: Excellent response time. When others said they were too booked and could not make an appointment for months Black Lion set up a visit within days and completed the job. The service man was excellent, took care around the living room and explained the issue and how he fixed it. A++++

Description of Work: My furnace was making odd noises after a summer filled with home remodeling. They came over and did an evaluation and then came back to do the repair. After the initial work was done, the furnace made an awful humming sound. They stayed until they found the cause of the humming sound and fixed it. Nice work!!!

Description of Work: furnace inspection went ok. they had me sign the invoice but didn't give my copy. when asked I was told it would be sent via email or regular mail, which wasn't the case with any of the service folks I had availed in the past. After waiting a couple of weeks I called them about it and was told they were going to send me an invoice copy both via email and postal mail right after hanging up the phone; they even double checked both my addresses. I made another call a week later, but, to this date I don't have my file copy of the receipt.
