Description of Work: We bought tile and grout there for a kitchen backsplash. Rita was very responsive to my questions, easy to work with and helped me pick the perfect tile for my backsplash. I was so impressed with her. She listened to what I wanted, showed me multiple tiles and then helped me coordinate the tile with my paint and counter colors. I knew very little about tile and the process of tiling and she was very informative and friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions. The store has a huge selection.

Description of Work: We have purchased from Tile Lines before. They have always been great. We found exactly what we want for the 2 bathrooms we are updating. There was a mistake with one of the tiles we selected. They corrected it immediately. We will continue to go to them for all our tile needs.

I purchased tile and installation supplies for a kitchen backsplash and will do business again with them when it's time to tile a couple of bathroom remodels in the future. They even sent me a hand-written thank-you card for doing business with them!
Description of Work: Darrell and Darren are professional tile installers with excellent lines of tile supplies and advice for the do-it-yourselfer. They carry a complete line of porcelain and ceramic tile and installation supplies ranging from inexpensive to high-end. They readily allow the customer to check out samples to view at the install site. Once a selection is made, they often have it in stock and when they don't, they generally get it for you within a few days. Great selection, great responsiveness. A good company to do business with and I highly recommend.
