After getting several bids to do this work we settled on Premier Automotive Services base on referrals from other customers and competitive price. They were upfront on what work would be performed. They also gave us the option of replacing the water pump while we were replacing the timing belt. Since we had no repair history on this car we decided to replace it for peace of mind. They replaced another belt and all hoses for the cost of labor then they gave us a 15% discount on the total. They were very friendly and professional and we would definitely use them again

I am a 70 year old woman caregiving for an 89 year old woman who has own her car since it was new and has under 100,000 miles on it. This is clearly the kind of situation that having an auto repair place that you can trust is really really important and we really appreciate that Premier is honest, trustworthy, and thorough.aWe first used Premier last winter when we took our 1995 Oldsmobile in to find out what was leaking. They fixed it and when it started leaking again, we took it back and Premier fixed it under their warranty. We had forgotten that the problem in August might be connected to January 2012. But when our car started to heat up again a week ago, we simply called AAA and asked them to take our car to Premier. That was a Friday night and we were really relieved that we had such an honest businessman at Premier that we felt comfortable having the tow truck simply deliver our car to Premier even though we knew they would not be looking at our car until the following Monday. When we called back on Monday they told us that the repair was under warranty, we could come pick up our car and there would be no charge.I highly recommend Premier as a place to check out for any and all repairs you might need to your car.Sincerely,Ms. Aaron Turner

They are great. At the beginning of every month he prints off a quiz in their local paper and the first to call him about it gets fifty dollars off. They did perfect work for my dad. He is eighty seven and needs things to be very simple and by them helping him, that has helped a lot. The people who work there are very professional. I would highly recommend them and I use them all the time.
