replied to HomeAdviser quote request quickly, made an appointment for the next day, He was right on time, quickly identified the pest, recommended the best treatment for us, and the treatment solved the problem. We had moles that were not effected by our noise stakes or our attempts to flush them out with water. After three days they were gone. He was prompt, professional and effective.

I went online to Home Advisor to search for a pest control company. After locating Compass Pest Control, I noted that company had very good reviews from customers, so I entered my contact information. In a matter of seconds, David called to discuss my needs and offered to come to Benton City within 1-1/2 hours, but he actually arrived sooner! David did a fantastic job spraying for ants and spiders and placing product out for voles ajbd rock chucks. He went over and above the amount of work we agreed to. David will return Monday to add more product for the voles and scheduled to come several times after Monday, at no additional charge! Not only is David very courteous, he did an AMAZING job. On David's way back to his office, he called to inform me that he had over charged me. Within seconds, David mde a refund to my card. It is next to impossible to find this type of honesty and integrity when dealing with companies. I DENINITELY HIGHLY recommend David, who owns Compass Pest Control. You won't regret hiring him!!
