Overall the project work went well. The service providers were professional and did a great job, careful in the house, and I am pleased with the work. The only disappointment in the job was the bid included some items that could not be completed due to structural obstructions.

The Technician arrived on time-- He was extremely respectful and kind about my ignorance regarding electrical issues! He was able to figure out very quickly why outlets were not working and he was able to fix the problem in no time flat! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Northwest Solar And Electric!!

The work was okay, but the fan he used was too noisy, didn't fit the hole, and seemed cheap.

They installed a light in our stairwell, installed dimmer switches, and hooked up our washer. I liked them a lot. The service guy was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable when I asked him questions. They were timely. They were very flexible to our schedule. We had good business with them.

Jeff, the technician arrived about an hour earlier than expected, without prior notification, but since I work from home it was not that big of a deal. I explained the situation and showed him to the affected areas of the house. He tested an outlet and decided to test at the panel before going any further. He quickly discovered that the issue was caused by a failed breaker, and within 10 minutes had power restored. All in all, 1/2 hour of labor and a replacement breaker. The only thing I would ask is that I get a courtesy call when the technician is on the way. Other than that, Jeff was knowledgeable and and personable.

I was very disappointed. They sent two people out that didn't know what they were doing. He sent me a nice letter saying that he was glad that we used them, and I had to call them back and let them know that these guys didn't know how to do their work.

They were great! It was just a good experience.

Provider was on time and very knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and competently. The test of my generator worked the first time:)

I really appreciate that I was able to get a quote via email for my laundry list of electrical needs. From this, I was able to get a general idea of cost and prioritize my list of needs. In one day, the electrician was able to: install my make-up mirror, install two tracks of led can lights in the playroom, direct wire our water heater and do some investigation on our outdoor lighting that was broken (sadly - that will take a lot of digging to repair). Excellent service, very professional. I have already scheduled them to come finish a bigger project with us in a couple of weeks - new service in the garage for my husband's workshop.

Chris at Northwest Electric arrived on time. He tightened down a loose 220v outlet box and coiled and stowed the wire as our new stove was a gas stove and we didn't need a 220v power supply. He then installed a new 110v outlet. The work took less than an hour and was performed to my expectations.

They didn’t bother to caulk to gap in the fixtures. The fitting didn’t fit right and it sat crooked. They didn't use the full time I paid for, they just took off. They installed the light fixtures crooked and left.

Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. There was some confusion with the billing as I purchased one of Angie's big deal coupons. However, it was straighten out and I actually owed them some money in the end. They never pressured me to pay them back and were very professional handling it. On a side note, the installer had to go up through the attic to run a line down the wall and didn't bring the proper gear/protective clothing. He looked like he was suffering between the itchy fiberglass insulation and the heat but never complained. In the end, the job was done and yet he was covered with sweat and rashes. I felt so bad for him but again, he was a true professional. Great guys.

Everything was done correctly and within the timeframe estimated.

The young man who came did a very thorough job on all of the tasks we wanted done. He was very competent and helpful.

Great deal through Angie's. Saved about $1k on the deal. Appointment was made quickly and easily through Northwest Electric & Solar. Electrician arrived promptly on appointment day. Assessed the situation and proceeded to work. Completed removal of old fuse box and installation of new panel, along with new wiring in 1 day. Unfortunately, the wiring did not pass City Electrical Permit inspection (proper grounding). Required additional wiring to be added for proper grounding. This time the inspection passed. I had to take an additional day off from work to complete the extra ground wiring which was kind of a hassle but all in all, the work looks good and we're please with the service provided.

They didn't have me on their schedule. They told me the date that they would come out and never showed up. When I called to find out what happened, they said I wasn't on their schedule. This may have been an honest mistake but it was frustrating.

He replaced the box in the garage and checked all the associated wiring. He also check outlets in our patio to see if they were working properly. Things are working perfectly now and I would definitely use this company again.

They were all extremely nice and I hired them again.

I liked him very much and would use him again if I needed any electric work done. I feel I really got my moneys worth.

I wasn't really happy with the service. They came out when I scheduled with them. There were no additional charges. It was a good deal, but the two guys who came out did a crappy job, and I wasn't happy with the guys who came out and the work that they did. They were really messy, they left the mess lying around. I had a big sand bag in the back yard, and one of the guys used it as a prop up and tore the bag and left it. They dumped their debris in the back yard. They did shoddy work. The guy who did the work seemed pissed off about something, and he was really loud, and using abusive language when he was down there by himself. They were just very unprofessional, and I would have rather paid more money and gotten better work done. I wasn't happy at all, and wouldn't use them for anything. The electric box works, and they tore up a hole in the wall, and then said they weren't carpenters. I would tell a friend not to use them. The price was cheap. I would rather pay 2 or 3 times more to get quality work done. It wasn't worth the cheap price.

They showed up on time when they said they would. They actually were very reasonable in price for the outlet installation. I have used them before and was very pleased. It is why I continue to use them.
