+ 0 moreIt went superb he. He did an outstanding job. I would absolutely use them again. We do not need the carpet cleaned often but he did a very thorough job. He explained everything thoroughly. Everything looks and smells super fresh when he is gone. Other contractors may offer a lesser price, but they wouldn't get the same quality that Northwest Rain Carpet & Upholstery Clearing provides.
Description of Work: Joe and his assistant cleaned the downstairs rugs and updaters carpeting. They also cleaned the stairs connecting the first and the second floor which are carpeted. Lastly, they cleaned the upholstering on the sofa and the pillows on it.
