I will never use anyone other than Martin from Jubilee Renovations for any type of repair, remodel, or new project at my home. I am somewhat of a perfectionist, and Martin is also. It is a joy to find someone who has such pride in his work. He never cuts corners on his work, and everything, even the products he uses, is top-rated. His costs are quite reasonable for the quality of the work he gives you; sometimes I think that he doesn't charge enough for the work he does, but don't tell him that. He is honest and reliable which are qualities that are sometimes hard to find in this busy, competitive world. When I had questions about something, he patiently answered them. Perhaps the most important aspect is Martin's ability to listen to what I envision, take that vision, and turn it into the final product. For my needs, he is a designer and a contractor all rolled up in one. He brings detailed drawings of what he is going to do and then does it. He tells me what I need to buy and the best product for the best price. The subcontractors he uses are also quality people who know their stuff as well as Martin does. I have used plenty of companies and contractors over the years, but I can honestly say that when I found Jubilee Renovations about six years ago, I found the best.

ONCE the contact was signed, I worote a chack for the deposit.  The project started in about mid May  and lasted about 4 weeks.  The contracxtor worked on the job every week day, except when it rained, particularly in the exterior painting phase of the work.  The contractor always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure the tools and materials were secured; was concerned for my safety and my dog's.  The contractor kept me informeddaily of his progreee.  When the rodent damage was exposed (unknown at the start of the job), the contractor let me know immediately and explained how to clean and repair it; also submitted an approximate estimate of repairs.  I found the contractor's completed work to bve ascetically appealing  and professionally done. All the other items were done well and in a timely manner.  The contractor was presentable, courteous and professional.  He was easy to work with, had a great working knowledge of homes and skills in remodeling.  Except for the unknown rodent problem, the project was completed on budget.
