I cannot thank Active Septic Solutions enough for their help. I had sewage backing up into my showers. They showed up the same day and fixed the problem within 24 hours. They also made sure I really understood my system, the cost of repairs and set me up on an annual maintenance plan. I couldn't have been happier.

Originally did not get a return call, but just called the owner back and received a pretty quick phone call back from the employee.  At that point everything went very well.  Was offered the opportunity to do some of the digging to keep costs down.  Very reasonably price and very good service once we connected.

Overall I don't feel competent to say whether work needed was performed adequately or not but in May the alarm again went off, didn't stop and no toilet had been running. We called a different company that said the float was rubbing and needed rehanging. Maybe my best suggestion would be to be home when work is done and supervise it and learn what this all means so you know if they really do the work or not. I found it strange that an estimate to do the work was $130 but work done was only $40. Did that first estimate only cover the service call charge and the work would be free? Was he giving us a good deal the second time because he'd forgotten to come back before when authorized? Could a rehung float be rubbing and set off an alarm in only two months?

He also mentioned that because of standing ground water that I would need a drainage system installed. I will be having them back in July to do that work when the ground is dryer. They have some communication problems however. The owner was contacted a couple of times and did not return my call promptly. I also had to ask the techs helpful to please not smoke.
