The work that was done was great. I would hire them again if I need another floor done. Extremely professional, customer service oriented and friendly.

Mike did an amazing job with our 30 year old floors. They look brand new, actually, better than new. He did an excellent job and was a great contractor to work with. He did his best to minimize the amount of dust and built a barrier between the hardwood floors and the living room as well as covered all of our kitchen cabinets in plastic. He was neat and tidy....cleaning up the job site when he was finished. We highly recommend him if you're redoing your floors. His slogan is "Art you can walk on" and are floors are now a piece of art!

The contractor needed to realize that I am not knowledgeable about floors, the lack of cohesive communication lead to a misunderstanding of what I wanted and what he provided and I had to have them redone. Mike is a terrific guy, however.

Best contractor experienced I've ever had. Mike was both laid back and professional and he got the job done right. His quote was very reasonable as his overhead is low. I've already recommended him to friends down the street and will always use him for flooring. Lastly, he waved me off refinishing my floors and let me know I have years to go before I needed them refinished. Reasonably priced, quality work and honest, what's not to love?

MIke was great to work with. He responded to calls and questions quickly and completed the work in the time frame that he we requested. After watching youtube how-to videos, I decided to hire out for my '66 white oak refinishing and repairs. Mike replied within a few hrs whereas the other two companies tooks days or never replied to my quote request. Mike was amazingly efficient, and was there from 8-5 or later working hard! He was kind and patient with our many questions as we observed his work. During the estimate and after the first sanding, he offered several solutions to damaged areas at levels of cost,since one area didn't sand away the damage as I hoped. He kept his work areas tidy. The floors looks amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with the work!

Mike Neubel was a great communicator and performed a great refinish on my hardwood floors. He was prompt in his communications, received a full written estimate well in advance, answered a couple questions quickly and was very responsive to my questions and requests. He performed the work personally as opposed to hiring a crew, and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. The results were beautiful and I would easily recommend Mike to others.

Love my new floors!

Mike has completed two large projects for us this past summer. First, he installed wood floors on the entire second level of our house. He had to move heavy furniture from room to room and never complained. Rather, he worked diligently and completed the project beautifully. Next, Mike cut and installed two flights of stairs, connecting the lower and upper floors of our house. This was tricky, because he had to purchase raw wood and stain it to match the color of the previously installed wood floors. No easy task. Once again, he came through with beautiful quality and workmanship. He also installed wood flooring in a closet that has a trap door on the floor. Another tricky job, but again, came through with excellent craftsmanship. Obviously, we highly recommend Mike. He is an experienced craftsman with a positive attitude and a can-do approach.

Mike is a real professional and has the best features: answers the phone himself, responds to messages, shows up on time and does what he says he will do, and big plus, he keeps the place clean. Our project was challenging: small space, reclaimed fir flooring and we modified the project before the completion, all without fluster or problems. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing wood flooring finishing. Great to work with.

Mike is an absolute pleasure to work with. He did a beautiful job installing new oak flooring and refinishing my existing flooring. Mike took extra steps other bidders had left out to make sure everything blended together nicely. He'll work to your schedule, and he's fun to be around. Also, Mike works alone, so the same person who bids your job will do your job, and that's important to keep in mind. He has my highest recommendation.
