Mike Nuebel was a pleasure to work with, from the first phone call after I'd placed my Service Magic request, to the final day of work. (He finished the job today.) He was easy to communicate with, offered us a fair price and flexible timing, and if/when anyone I know needs to have their floors refinished, I would tell them about Mike. We've hired a lot of contractors through Service Magic but I think Mike was by far the best. Thanks, Apex Floors. Our floors look gorgeous and came out better than I ever expected.

The plan is to do bedroom floors, hall and stairs. The need was to get one bedroom done asap and do the rest at a later date as our family is in transition. He was just great, he understands the needs and has been very helpful in planning. The floor he completed is beyond lovely. Its perfect. He is methodical and so pleasant personally. I was very anxious about this project as I cant take commotion and being rushed. All my concerns have been conquered. I am now looking forward to getting the rest done. His price was very fair, and within my expectation, which is the frosting on the cake. Thank you!

Mike did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors. Our floors were previously in very rough shape due to neglect by the prior owners, but now they look like new. I'm extremely happy not only with the results but also with Mike as a contractor. Mike was timely to start and finish the project, he was considerate of our needs (due to bad scheduling on my part) and very courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure working with Mike and knowing that he would be at my house each day was a comfort (not a crew that I hadn't met that worked for him). If we had more hardwood flooring in the house I would definitely hire Mike again.

Mike was very professional and did an amazing job installing my strand-woven bamboo flooring. He's very meticulous and detail-oriented, and took his time to ensure a top-quality job was done, including learning how to work with the product I chose, which proved to be a difficult installation. You don't see that a lot anymore - most installers are all about getting the job done quickly, not getting the job done well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone looking to do any flooring work.

Mike was very professional and very easy to work. The project was supposed to be the refinishing of the hardwood floors under the rug in my 100 year plus home. I found a mystery floor that could not be removed. We had to put the project off due to it being Memorial Day weekend when I found out. But only by a week Mike was very helpful and accommodating, the red oak he suggested fit the burgundy theme in my home perfectly. I know two people who want to use Mike just from seeing my new hardwood floor. I can�t tell you how happy I am with the job he did. I wouldn�t use anyone else to do hardwood floors.
