It was a quick repair. I stopped in on my way home and it was fixed in about 10 to 15 minutes. I have used Cooper's several times now and always get friendly and well done service.

I have used Cooper's for over 2 years now and have had work done on both my vehicles. They were recommended by a friend when my son was stranded with his car, and I was back in Michigan on vacation. We completed our first service call long distance. Some of the work has been routine oil changes, other work has been major, unexpected work. Every estimate has been spot on or LOWER, when completed. Jason and Philip are true professionals and communicate very well. I trust every mechanic they employ and all the advice they provide. The jobs they have performed on my vehicles are numerous and too many to list, but each one, I trust, was done in an outstanding manner. I highly recommend Cooper's for all your auto repairs and service. I had recently bought my son a Chrysler Sebring LX and discovered that it was leaking coolant about two weeks later. I took the car to Jason @ Coopers on a referral from friends. I dropped the car off in the morning and was able to come back that afternoon to pick it up.
Jason explained that there was a hole in the water pump and that it would be costly to repair since the entire engine had to be removed to get to the pump. I was impressed by his honesty as well as the fact that he did not try to pressure sell me into anything else.
I would take my vehicle to him again in the future.

I a have been to Cooper's Auto Repair twice and both times I have to say were really good experiences. One of the biggest issues I have with many auto repair shops is having a gut feeling that I am being ripped off. Well I have to say that Cooper's so far has won my service. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive but reasonable, and I do like the work they have done for me so far.They have great customer service, they are very knowledgeable and they provided me a quote the same morning I brought it in and kept me updated of any issues. They also provided me with a coupon that I was not aware of, so this lowered my bill even more.

They do great service. They never overcharge us. They always tell us what immediately needs to be fixed and don't try to up-sell or hustle us. They are extremely honest and I trust them. Their customer service is outstanding! I can't say enough good things about them. We have been using them for the past 10 years.
