Description of Work: I had engaged Sundance to fix the candle flame in my gas fireplace. Their technician showed up on time, he however could not figure out the reason of the candle flame. After an hour of work, he promised to come back on Monday with a solution. Before leaving he ensured that he took the money for the time spent. It has 10 days since he came to my place and I am still waiting for the followup visit. I have left a voicemail on the office number and to no surprise there is no response from their either. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: 2 fireplace inserts. Pilot light would not stay on in 1 of inserts. Have scheduled service twice-twice someone has come but to fit surround(twice because they made both of them incorrectly the first time). Still have not fixed pilot light. Be aware the surrounds do not cover wires and chains at the bottom-that is an extra piece you have to ask for that attaches to magnets. Still have not seen how that is going to work. Also hired them previously to clean old gas inserts, charge was to be $99 each. Charge was $160.

Description of Work: i clicked on Puget Sound Energy's "I want to know more about rebates" tab. Next day, I get a call from Sundance to schedule my "consultation". huh? OK. pushy guy shows up the next day with the hard sell, tells me the only way to qualify for a new heating system rebate is to work with Sundance (NOT true), wants me to sign a contract on the spot for twice the system my house needs. won't even consider placing unit where i want, cooks up a ridiculous plan to place the header above my woodstove so thermostat won't work, and calculates an estimate but won't commit it to paper (just flashes his calculator).

Description of Work: Cleaned and tuned our old fireplace insert. Were patient with us as we asked questions regarding new insert. Because of the make up of our fireplace and its age, they suggest we not pick an insert, but have a specialist from companies come in and advise us as to what inserts work. Then, we would not be disappointed if the one we choose would not work. |
