My experience having my windows replaced by Harley Exteriors from the time I was first introduced to the product and provided a sample and demonstration of the windows to the completion of the installation was very positive. The quality of the windows and the work they performed to replace my old single pane windows, the clean up including the final touches of adding the additional strips of wood and caulking to ensure they were sealed was top notch. I fortunately had the worked scheduled before the cold front came in and it certainly was worth it and helped keeping the heat in. Excellent craftsmanship.

Some one else is enjoying our windows as we moved from WA State to Illinois. I so wish Harley Exteriors had a company here so until they do we will wait. We loved the service, they replaced all our windows and now someone else is enjoying them. Love you guys and will always be thankful for the awesome experience with your company.

Had a great experience. Don't recommend doing windows on 2 of the coldest day of that month. But we all made it lol .was a little dark/ late when installers got don so didn't get to walk around with them. But all good. Thank you.

The crew that installed our new windows was great. They did a very good job. They answered any and all questions. They did not mind us watching how everything was done and they were all very friendly.

The windows are great! Amazing upgrade from the old windows. The installation crew was professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. They went out of there way to keep everything clean and complete when the finished up. No regrets at all.

We had five failed windows replaced by Harley Exteriors. the cost was considerable but the windows and the work were exceptionable.

Replaced single pane windows at my home. Had some issues when they were first installed, but they are fixed now. It was difficult to call the office to complain. I had to call multiple times or leave a message to have them call me back.

The windows and door installation went good, I love my windows! Replaced my bedroom slider door, bathroom, laundry, 2 bedrooms, and garage windows!

Harley Exteriors did a great job with the install. They install team was very quick and clean. They installed the windows within a couple hours, cleaned up after themselves. Now we are enjoying great quality windows!

since I had all my windows installed, problems have arrised, One leaks, one fogs up and even freezes when cold, one will not stay open, I have been calling for a year to get them to come fix the problen I paid $14,000.00 for they say they turned it in to customer service, and CS says they never got the message...for a year. now they just ignor my calls and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone....in the mean time My window still leaks and fogs up

My initial meeting with Elio was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. This product appears very well made. The installers installed my 5 windows in one day and did a great job. I love my new windows. They definitely have made a difference in my home

The windows look amazing and definitely add to the street appeal. The salesman went over all the options and made the purchase was easy. Financing was just as easy! Install team was on time and were super nice. Replacing the one window that was damaged was easy to schedule. The replacement company was great to work with. They arrived on time and worked quickly. We have already noticed a difference in maintaining a constant temperature and no more drafts. Great company to work with!!!

We have had all our windows, roof, and front door replaced by Harley Exteriors and have been very pleased with the service and quality of the products. We have worked with Elio Hernandez and are very pleased with his professionalism. We are now getting gutters installed. The lifetime warranty is a plus, they honored it when we had an issue with our garden window. We highly recommend them for any replacements you may need. We also highly recommend Elio Hernandez.

The installation was finished in 1 day instead of the scheduled 2. Best of all, the new windows kept out the summer heat & the smoke from the Bolt Creek Fire that has been in the air here all but 3 or 4 days since August 10th, going over 7 weeks as I write this. Thank you Harley Interiors!

The estimator and installers were all very professional and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. We love the windows and the installation job they did. I would recommend them to any one who is contemplating replacing and upgrading their windows.
