I received a thorough bid with a full explanation of what would be done. Although the initial timeline for completion was pushed-back due to manufacturing delays, the installation was performed extremely efficiently. The crew were polite, knowledgeable, and answered questions readily. The room is much warmer, quieter, and I am very happy with the performance of the window thus far.

They finally came out & installed the doors, & they look really good. It just took too long.

Harley Exteriors provided me with great examples of their products so I was able to feel confident in my choice of their product.Even though the price was fairly high for me Harley's salesman assured me that I was paying for a quality product. He also helped me establish finance to help me cover the cost. When the installers arrived to put in my door they were very professional. They made sure that on removing the old door there was no damage done to any part of the siding or frame of the door opening. They heard my concerns about previous trouble with water damage and made sure that the door opening was well prepped and that when the door was in place they made sure it was well sealed and weather tight. When then the installers were finished with the install of my Sliding Glass door they made sure that my patio was completely clean of any left over supplies or trash leaving my house inside and outside completely clean. I have been very pleased with everyone that I have come in contact with at Harley Exteriors, and I would have no hesitation in referring this company to anyone who would ask me about them. It is hard to find companies these days that you can trust. I feel that Harley Exteriors is one of these companies that you can trust.

We were looking to replace 10 windows and a slider. I was originally going to get a couple of bids, but Grady sold me on the quality of their windows. I felt that the price was reasonable and decided to go with Harley Exteriors. The installers were on time, courteous and totally cleaned up the area after they were done. The front office staff, sales staff and installers made this whole process go smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the look of the windows and their efficiency. We live by the airport and were looking for new windows to cut the noise, as well as hold in the heat. Super happy that we used Harley Exteriors!! .

I am very happy with the results of my recent home remodel. I purchased the house back in December and had been battling the drafts and the mold issues on the windows since I moves in. I learned of Harley Exteriors at the WA state fair. They came in and gave us a very informative and in-depth presentation of their windows, as well as the windows offered by other companies in the area. I was sold 100% on their signature "Olympic Series" so I set up a date to have them installed. Their install team was very polite, quiet, clean, and fast. They got the job done in less than 16 hours (Over the course of 2 days). They made sure to get the job done right, even going out of their way to repair parts of the wood around the framing before installing the new windows. In all, I am very satisfied with my experience with Harley Exteriors and will be using/recommending them in the future.

Very awesome experience with Harley exteriors. I would (and have) recommend their service to all of my friends and family. The sales crew was terific and the construction crew was very professional. Would highly recomend to anyone considering a re roof.

The service was fabulous. From presentation to installation it was done in a timely and professional manner. Immediately upon completion of my job my home was warmer so I knew that I was saving money. I was going to hang my curtains back up but have yet to because the view is so wonderful with the new windows. I would recommend the company to anyone and everyone for the rest of my life based on the wonderful service they provided.

Grady who came to our house and gave us all the information that we needed and having a sample of the windows to shows us was amazing. Grady was so professional and he was able to answer all of our questions. We were honest with Grady and let him know that we also had someone else coming out to give us a price. The product and how he explained it to us and we were convinced that HARLEY EXTERIORS INC, was the company that we needed to go with. Grady was patient and pleasant. He worked with us until we found what we liked and then worked with us to get the best price. Rhett Schmidt was the installer, they were professional and very kind. They arrived on time and did a fabulous job installing the windows. Installation was perfect. When my wife got home home from work, the new windows were in and you would never have known anyone was even there that day. The work area was absolutely clean. We love how the new windows really changed the look of our home. With our old windows, the house would be so cold and sometime it felt like a breeze was coming through the old ones. We can tell the difference in the rooms that the windows were replace in. I look forward to a warmer house this winter as well. We were hesitant to replace our windows, we knew it was necessary but we just didn't think we could afford it. Harley not only got us a huge discount but also got us financed. Before we had them replaced our windows would leak and there was no way to clean or close some of them. Now there is no unwanted airflow or noise and the maintenance is so simple. The installers were fast, courteous, quiet, and extremely clean. They ensured everything was done the way we wanted and that we were satisfied before they left. This is probably one of the best investments we've put into out home and we can't wait to replace the rest of our windows.

My wife and I thought about replacing our roof for a while and we decided to get a few quotes and look at several different products. Mike was the representative that came over for Harley Exteriors Inc. We were very surprised at the product quality and the non pressure sales approach that it helped us decide easily that this was the company we would get to do our roof. They were very professional for start to finish and always kept us informed. The roofers explained the processes when I asked questions and were very through throughout the process. We have had our new roof for about 2 months and can already tell the difference with the temperature. We are confident that we have replaced this roof for the last time. It was very good. There were no problems with the installation. Basically everything works. I haven't been through a winter with them yet. I had two other quotes and a couple were a bit higher and a couple a bit lower. They were about at 2 or 3 percent.

Harley Exteriors Inc. experience was amazing. From the moment that the salesman came to our door we were amazed by Harley Exteriors. He was not pressuring and listened to what we wanted to know. My husband and I are both from sales and we do not like the long presentations; we like facts. The salesman was amazing and only gave us the facts and not a heavy sales pitch. We decided to go through Harley to do our windows and were amazed from the start of financing and the install. The financing was great and Harley Exteriors were with us each time we had questions. The gentleman who came to our home was engaging and very polite and professional. They installed our windows and we were surprised that the house looked great; they cleaned up inside and outside while installing. There was no mess and it looked better after than before. While I started out skeptical when I got a knock on the door asking if I would like to schedule a free estimate, it was a very good experience from beginning to end. The Consultant who came showed me the quality of the windows and explained the value of these windows to me and the environment. He was never pushy or made me feel rushed, no feeling of it now or never to get what he was offering. The man who came a few days later to measure for the custom built windows completed his task quickly and did all measurements from outside the house. The windows are custom made locally, I liked knowing that. The men who installed the windows completed the job in a day in a clean efficient manner. The windows look great, and I have had no problems with them. The windows come with a lifetime warranty to the homeowner, so I know I am protected if I ever do have a problem.

We couldn?t be happier with our new Harley Exterior Euro-Vinyl windows! The house has an entirely different feel to it, especially in our family room, where 1970?s opaque textured windows that didn?t open were replaced with beautiful windows that let more light in and can be opened to let in lots of fresh air. And when the windows are closed the house is so much quieter! Many noises we used to hear consistently are now completely gone. Both the salesman and the installers were polite and professional.And we can?t wait to see lower power bills this winter! I?d recommend Harley Exterior Euro-Vinyl windows to anyone.

Installation went great. Rhett, the subcontractor Harley sent to put in our windows was a great guy, and took time to make everything turn out right. He also noticed that most all of our screens had issues, so he called the window/screen mfg to come and fix them (they do have a life time warranty). I'm also very happy with the windows. The demo the salesman gave was very convincing, demonstrating the windows capability to block the heat especially. Looking forward to a cooler summer! The noise cancelling is also excellent, we used to be able to clearly hear the highway outside our place, or even just the rain. Now we can hardly hear either. The lifetime guarantee Harley includes on their windows and screens, which is even transferable to the next owner, is an awesome selling feature.

The work was great and the windows are equally great. The work was done in a day and a half with some construction required to expand one of the openings to fit a new window. The crew was punctual, pleasant and knowledgable. The new windows help with cutting down the sound and insulate better from the heat. They are also much easier to open than our other windows (which were done prior to our purchase of the house). I would (and have) recommend Harley to anyone looking to do any work with windows in their house.

Overall this was a very good experience, starting with the Sales person. He was not pushy or aggressive, yet he was very knowledgeable about his product and what would happen during the process. He answered all of our questions, gave us different options, and let us make the decision. The cost he quoted was exactly what we were charged, so we knew exactly what to expect. Very quickly they came out, did a complete measurement and soon we had our new windows. The work was very well done. They even came across a bad area under one of the windows due to all of the moisture. They immediately notified us, explained what happened, offered to fix it and did a great job for a very reasonable price. After the work was complete, we discovered that a couple of the windows were a bit tight so we difficult to open and close. Harley sent out someone to fix the windows, and now they all work perfect! We could not be happier with the work that Harley did for our home.

I called this company, asked if they installed exterior door frames & doors in my area. They said that they did. We set up a date & time that someone would come out & give me a bid. He came out, was a nice enough guy. Kept asking if we wanted new windows, which I replied no, just the door frames & doors. When he left he stated that he would get back to me with the bid. I called them about 2 weeks later. Was told that that person was on another line. They stated that he would get back to me. Nothing. I called a couple of more times...same thing. Never heard from them. Don't bother. The very next day that I wrote the above review I received a call from Harleys. She was very apologetic & explained that there was a problem with the sales rep, & that he was no longer with Harleys. She asked if she could send out a different sales rep. Seeing as how I really needed this job done, I relented & said yes. On the scheduled date the sales rep showed up on time & was very nice, friendly, professional, etc. To make a long story a little shorter, I have ordered 4 exterior door/framing from Harley Exteriors. I sure hope they look as good as they sound. Gary Holabird

No service performed. I wasn't interested in their product. I'm writing this review to warn consumers of their unprofessionalism and harassment.

We purchased windows after viewing product at a home show and meeting with sales representative in our home. We were extremely impressed with the product, knowledge of sales representative, and cost. However, the real impression was made by the installation crew. It has been years since we have experienced such pleasant and punctual contractors. They were very professional, considerate of our property, and did an excellent job removing and installing all windows. If this weren't enough, when they were finished and left, we could not even tell they had been there. There was not a single piece of garbage or material left anywhere. We will use Harley again when we tackle our next remodeling project. Very, very excellent company!!

The salesman came in and was very thorough in his sales pitch. He showed us various types of windows and went over the pro's and con's of each type. We the bought windows that day. We were told it would be 4-8 weeks for our windows. I think they were ready in about 3. The installers came in and were very professional and efficient in their installation. We love our windows and couldn't be happier. Also, the financing portion went very smoothly.

Our salesman, Jason, was most friendly and took a lot of time to explain and demonstrate the various options and features for our window replacement project. We chose to purchase the Custom Design brand which were the most energy efficient of the products demonstrated. Vlad, the window installer, did an excellent job installing the windows. The installation took about 3 days in early January. There were a total of 22 windows of various sizes and two sliding patio doors. The old windows were removed, and all debris was hauled away. The area around the house was kept neat and clean. We have waited 3 months before writing this letter to gather electric usage for a three month KWH usage comparison. Our house is total electric. While the KWH usage does not appear to be much different from the previous year (6.6% lower), we have noticed that the windows do not sweat, the house is quieter, and there are less drafts. We believe that once we have a complete year's data, we will have a better idea of the full effect the new windows have on our energy usage.

At end of first sales call, we informed them that the estimate was too high. We got a call back a week later offering us a reduced price. The salesman returned and we gave him a deposit of $5000 so they would honor this reduced price for a year. It was our understanding that if we did not go with them we could get our money back. We then got another estimate and were advised that the glazing on all of our windows most likely had asbestos, a hazardous material which requires expensive abatement procedures. The state has specific requirements for work done on buildings with asbestos ... see their webpage http://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/LicensingReq/Asbestos/default.asp We could not find Harley Exteriors on the list of certified contractors http://www.lni.wa.gov/Safety/Topics/AtoZ/Asbestos/contractorlist.asp We have decided that we cannot replace our windows because: 1. We are concerned that the brick exterior of our home might be damaged during the demolition. It is our understanding that we would have to repair at our own expense. 2. We are concerned that the marble window sills which are on all of our windows might be damaged because of their age . Again, we believe that all repairs would be at our expense. 3. We are worried about the hazard of disturbing the glazing on the old windows. We did not make an appointment for measuring when the company's measurement contractor called. We called and cancelled our order and requested a refund. It is our understanding that no measurements were done by Hartley, so we believe no windows were ordered or manufactured. Hartley exteriors did not do any work and we believe there is no reason not to refund our deposit. My last contact with the company was when a woman called to say that her boss asked her to contact me on May 13. She told me they would not refund my deposit. She seemed to misunderstand the three day recision requirement because she told me that it is illegal in the State of Washington to refund a deposit after three days. She insisted that I had to get my windows replaced and that would be the best thing for me, not a refund. The woman on the phone was extremely insistent and I believe was very rude . I believe they should provide me with a refund. I think it is simply the right thing to do...... no service was povided and they should give me a refund. I do not think that it is wise to replace my windows because of possible damage to my home and/or causing a health hazard.

The meeting with the representative, who I wont name, went very poorly. He arrived late, and comes off as pushy and crude. He is insistent on forcing you to sit through his rehearsed sales pitch of a product that I explicitly stated I was not interested in. Which is annoying, but I understand a business trying to make a sale, so that I can forgive. What I cannot abide by is what he did for an estimate. He pulled out a yellow legal pad of paper, and made up a bunch of numbers on his calculator, making a big show trying to make everything seem official. He offered the job at roughly $8900. Which, in my opinion is outlandish to install 3 windows, and about 10 sq ft of siding. When i declined, he pulled the old used car salesman approach. "well, what can you afford?" "If i told you i could save you about 25% would you still be interested?" My wife and I look at each other, confused, and she asks Jason "what do you mean?" He proceeds to take the legal pad back and make some more phony calculations on it, scribbles down $7200 or something, draws an X with a line next to it, hands it back to us, and smugly states, "All I need is a signature there to lock in those savings!"... so confident that we are so foolish to accept his con. When i refused again, he threatened that if he leaves that price will disappear with him. This guy was a complete joke. I strongly hope that he is not indicative of the entire company. The lack of professionalism, pushy salesman, and disregard for what i was looking for as a customer is what leads me to write this review today. I asked for an official bid, printed, neat and tidy, and he tells me "Oh no we don't do that". Okay buddy... Nice try... this is the kind of salesman that takes advantage of the uninformed, or elderly.
