Harley Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing the old windows we had. It's a blessing to not have to wrestle with our screen door anymore. The installation team was professional and did fantastic work.

Took the time to go over all the options - easy installation and the final product turned out great!

First appointment was rescheduled by customer. Second reschedule was by company, unfortunately customer was not notified of reschedule. Installers arrived as scheduled third appointment, 1 hour early. Found small hole in one screen, told installer, he suggested I call Janet in warranty dept. Contacted Janet, she stated she would send replacement screen, never arrived. Received a second call, told person about screen, person stated they would send a replacement, never arrived. Third call about our satisfaction, I informed Aaron about our screen, also one window is fogging up. He stated that he would contact Janet and from now on I should contact Aaron from now on. Received email stating we would receive a drop ship screen. I am receiving calls from Harley Exteriors personnel about once a month and would not like to receive anymore calls.

They did a very good job from sales visit to clean up after installation. We were very pleased with their professional approach and responsiveness when we had questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Harley Exteriors from start to finish. We swung by their booth at a home show and made appointments with them and all the usual suspects (Renewal by Andersen, Milgard etc.). Forget the young man's name at the booth but he really knew his stuff and was cordial throughout his little spiel. A sign of good things to come. With availability of all the companies being as they were, Harley was the first to come out and give us a quote. The sales guy we got was a fine fellow named Chance. Chance was the best. Super polite. Super relaxed. Super patient. Super knowledgeable. Asked him 101 questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Like any good salesperson he tried to close the deal in the end. Given that he took all the time in the world to allay our fears/concerns, and despite my wife's strong aversion to on the spot commitments, we signed the contract. These guys aren't the low-cost leader but they offer a unique lifetime warranty and a top of the line product (ask for the heat lamp test - it won't fail to impress). Plus it turns out they were one of the few folks out there who were willing to just replace the glass of our floor to ceiling windows and not all the frames as well. That was important to us in wanting to preserve the look of our home. While still nervous about the $$'s involved I felt confident that they'd deliver. The crew that came out to do the work definitely did. They banged out the job in one day with only minor evidence of their work. The heat filtering from the new glass is working like a champ. It's been much cooler now in our living room on the hot days we've had so far. I'm confident heat will be better retained and it'll take less energy to stay warm come fall and winter. It's only been a few weeks since the install but so far so good. Super impressed with the whole Harley team and hope to work with them in the future if the need arises.

Harley was able to install windows in our tricky basement that another company wasn't able to do. The windows look great and the installation was seamless. The only issue was the thin layer of dust throughout our home after installation. I had to do some clean-up following the completion of the project.

We love our new windows! The quality is great, and the installation team was prompt and professional. The only downside was the salesman who initially came to our place - he was super polite and friendly but holy cow, was he pushy. And the whole "let me call my boss and see if I can negotiate a better deal" act got old after about the 5th time... just give me your lowest price the first time instead of trying to screw me over, sheesh. And give people time to consider your offers instead of demanding an answer that night. You'll probably have happier customers. But overall we're happy with our product. The windows are a definite asset for our house.

After getting a quote from another company in excess of 41K for replacement of 12 windows and 2 sliding doors. I contacted Harley Exteriors, Inc. via their website, they were quick to respond and set an appointment for a consultation. Tod arrived on time and provided all the necessary information regarding the Harley product, warranty and installation process, he had a nice portfolio of previous jobs, licenses, and credentials, and a sample window for us to see. The quote came in roughly two thirds cheaper than the previous quote. Both consultations were lengthy (about 2 hrs) both offered a discount only good at the time of the consult, I felt a bit of pressure by this part of the presentation but it seems to be standard practice in this industry. There was no pressure from the sales consultant to sign on the spot and reassured us that he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. He even went outside to give us some space and time to to discuss it on our own. Harley is a local company and the windows are custom made here in the Northwest, I like the idea of supporting local business! I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with Harley Exteriors for our windows. They were very personable and I felt that we were dealing with real down to earth people that knew our particular needs. They communicated well with us in all aspects of getting the job done! I like the security of having two locking mechanisms on all windows and keyed locks as well as a kick lock on the sliding doors! The only thing on my wish list would be to have the ability to lock the windows in a semi-open position, especially for rooms located on the ground floor, also the keyhole on the sliding doors are too close to the frame which makes it difficult to insert the key and turn it without hitting your knuckles. The craftsmanship is top notch, as well as the installation! They look great and function just as great as they look! We are very happy with our new windows, and the ease in which they function!

Harley installed 9 new windows for us and we couldn't be happier. The window quality is great and we liked being able to see the difference the new windows would make before we committed to buying them. Installation was fast and the team was pleasant and competent. We liked being able to schedule installation around our schedule. We were happy to pay for quality windows knowing it increased the value of our home and that the warranty covers the product while we're in our home.

It went well! We love the windows and the price was fair, if not a touch expensive. the sales reps are really pushy but it didn't bother me too much. I just gave very firm "NO" on any talk of financing and it all worked out. We love the work they've done!

This company's sales tactics are horrible! Not only do they attempt to pressure into something that is far beyond what it should be priced at, they then badger and annoy you, to the tune of 5-6 phone calls per day, until you finally tell them to stop and hang up on them or just stop answering their calls. They did not listen to what I had to say, and appeared to only be in it for the money. I would NOT hire them. They were completely disrespectful of me as a customer.

Excellent, we were really satisfied with the work that was completed. The windows and front door simply look elegant. The were timely and efficient. We would definitely utilize their services again and highly recommend them for others to utilize in the future.

The Crew that installed my new windows were very Courteous and knew exactly what they were doing and had my windows installed professionally and I am very satisfied with the New Windows.

Roof was Garage 24X32 with alpine roof. Job was completed in one dry day. work area was left in spotless condition

had a couple extra charges because of rotten plywood but the men were efficient and courteous. They cleaned up and were out in a timely manner. one issue was that they were really slow at picking up the trash dumpster. windows were fast and efficient but the door on the other hand was not good. sales man did not notify the crew that they needed special tools for my security door. that requires them to cut off the bolts and the door did not fit right and took way longer than it should have.

It was great from start to finish. Elio was very knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. Put our mind at ease. The company helped us with financing through a local credit union in Seattle. Good interest rates and payment plans. Follow up calls for how things were going. The installers were professional and courteous. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Helped answer questions and allowed us to learn more about installing windows. Great customer service from start to finish!

Great experience. The Sales Rep was very thorough and the appointment was very long. My windows were about 15 years over due to be updated. I am very happy with the look and how they function. The house is much warmer this winter which was the reason for getting a top quality window. They are a higher price but you get what you pay for. The installers were professional and cleaned up after they were done. Very pleased with the process.

I sought several estimates while shopping for a roofing contractor, and while Harley did not provide the lowest estimate, they provided a superior product, and hopefully the last roof I'll ever need. I live in a wooded area where a 30 year roof (the original roof installed on this house) lasted all of 10 years. Part of it was poor installation, the rest was a standard roofing product. Harley deals only in the highest quality, and backs up the product with a great warranty. The tear off and installation was a one day project that presented minimal intrusion. (A bit noisy, but hammers are noisy.) They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and were very polite, professional and quick. The sales rep who initially came for the bid was friendly, professional and took extra time to explain exactly why their product was superior to others, and how Harley stands above the rest when it comes to installing and backing up the product. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I'm real. And really happy with my roof.

I had windows installed in my home from Harley Exteriors over 2 years ago. They were fitted perfectly where I don’t have to have a wooden frame around each window. Within that time frame, when problems had occurred they’d come out and fix it with no questions asked. I recently got my last set of windows installed. They were decorative windows that go next to the front door. Again, they were a perfect fit, and didn’t take long for the installer to install them. I also want to give a shout out to Jessica Bailey the finance manager. Job well done. Thanks Harley Exteriors.

After the company coming 2 days late, having a crew of 2 instead of 5, forgetting my smart vents and installing box vents that aren't supposed to be there. They left the exterior of my house dirty and muddy with hand prints all over. I found 2 razor blades in my front yard and multiple nails. I have kids that play out there. To top it off they ruined one of my gutters and never inspected a leak I had due to there materials being on my roof. I am still waiting for resolution 2 months later because the owner is constantly out of town. Also we were promised very specific financing which never happened and we didn't find this out until a week before our payment was suddenly due.

After working with the sales representatives, we were able to come to price for the windows that fit into our budget. The project manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The installation team were pleasant, helpful, respectful, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I am very happy with my windows, especially because I can see clearly out of them. I also like that they are treated with UV protection to cut down on the fade that happens to furnishing inside the house.

After interviewing three different companies for installation of windows we decided on Harley Exteriors for several reasons. Todd, their sales representative was wonderful. He was polite and courteous and showed up with a physical sample of the product to help us make our decision. From there, we were contacted by the project manager, Janet who set up the installation date. She called several times during the manufacturing process to confirm that everything was on time and to keep us informed on the progress. Then came installation day. We cannot say enough about the installer, Vlad! He was just wonderful. He was extremely polite, took his shoes off every time he came in the house, worked super hard and got the job done in no time. He is a true expert in what he does and showed extreme attention to detail in his work. Everything was done to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you're looking for new windows. You will not be disappointed.

Salesmen came to the house quoting $27,000 for a roof at first. Then they lowered the price to $20,000. We thought this was a doable price. However, after getting more quotes we found out this price is double what others charge. Requested that the job get canceled within the required three days due to the price being to high. We were told by their sales manager that he would return our paperwork. After two months this has not happened. The product might be good but their desperate sales tactics and failure to return paperwork as promised are a cause of concern.
