Impressed with overview of company and product.

They provided an estimate and were professional. Pricing however was on the higher end.

Company did not live up to sales presentation. Virtually no follow-up communication from Harley. I initiated all contact, but they deposited my 50% down payment within 2 weeks of payment. Install happened 3 months after contract signed. There were multiple delays. Ordered top of the line Olympic series. Received flawed windows & 2 incorrect windows. Harley hasn't made good on their mistakes. Manufacturing rep will be out in February to go over their workmanship. Told me Harley is responsible for wrong windows, maybe slider door since it is not what I expected. Only bright side of their company was the 3 person installation crew led by Ryan. Were on time, courteous, professional, and personable. They did the work like a well-oiled machine with no loitering and finished in about 4 hrs. It's the business side of the company that lacked professionalism and customer service skills. There has been an extreme lack of communication, let alone skills. If I hadn't made calls, I'd probably still be waiting for my installation. I have not heard from them since the install regarding correcting the wrong windows. It is now 4 mo out from contract signing of Sept 15th, 2021. I need two exterior doors replaced & was considering going with them, but now, I will not. I do not recommend this company.

My installers were very polite and apologetic when they didn’t have my door and bathroom window not fault to them. They weren’t given my final invoice so I had to call the office to pay my balance. They cleaned up after themselves.

I really like my new windows and new back door. My only complaint would be one window was on back order and my door wasn’t on the truck. The first day installation was late by 3 hours and I had to call to find out why and when they were going to be there to install.

High quality product, organized installation and project management! Our next door neighbors are in the market. We've given them Todd's card.

We enjoy our new windows so far. There was an issue when they were installed, where one window didn’t operate. I’m not sure how this wasn’t caught by them during the install. I called them to have it fixed, which it was but only after 2 months. Installers and salesperson was nice to deal with though.

We just had our windows replaced in our new home the service was great and our customer rep Kristi was amazing she was there with us explaining and walking us through the whole installation process

We are so very pleased with the windows we purchased from Harley Exteriors. They completed all of the windows in one day, with professional attention to detail, and the windows are beautiful! We also appreciate the double locking safety features and the phenomenal warranty. But the most amazing transformation has been the noise reduction -- we comment frequently about how quiet our house is now. They've made such a difference!

DISCLAIMER: I'm writing this review as part of my participation in Harley's endorsement program which entitled me to a rebate on my purchase. So to establish the most important information first, the windows are great, the installation was professional, and the price I think ultimately was reasonable. I docked one star because the way Harley works is via in-person sales which involves a very long and intense pitch that they don't exactly let you know ahead of time is going to take a huge chunk of your day and leads up to a high-pressure sales tactic in which you're given a day-of price that they promise you is way lower than you will ever be able to get if you don't sign now. This is not how I like to make large financial decisions. The second star is because there were also some communication issues throughout the process. Harley seems to do everything either in person or by phone so even something like confirming a meeting time can require a couple of calls and voicemails. I'd also been assured during the very long pitch that the warranty was world class and covered just about everything other than vandalism but then after the purchase was told that if we painted them it would void the warranty. Also for this endorsement program I wasn't really told how it works and had to follow up with them a couple of times to get the instructions for how to receive my rebate. Ultimately, I would recommend Harley with the caveats that I listed above. Now that I'm aware of how the process works and have been through it once I'm comfortable enough with it that I'd be willing to go through it again for future work on my house.

Had 5 windows replaced, took a couple months from payment to installation but that is expected due to material shortages and the custom elements in the window itself. The gentlemen who installed the windows were very nice and worked efficiently. It is nice to have brand new windows. Harley was great to work with, it is worth it not to cheap out and pay for quality on something as important as windows when updating our home.

I really like my new windows. My house is so much warmer than before. The salesman that came to my house was professional and friendly. The installers got here early and completed the install went smoothly and professionally. I would recommend Harley exteriors to my friends.

My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of product and service provided by Harley Exteriors! Our power bill has dropped tremendously due to our new windows! This company has clients for life in us!

They let in so much light now! They are great windows. The installers did a really good job.

The new windows are much quieter, and they operate well. The installers did a good job putting them in. Kristi, Judy, and Cameron were all very helpful from the office.

The windows and the company are really nice. David and Kristi were very helpful. The installers got the job done fast and finished in 1 day instead of 2 days so I was surprised. They cleaned up really nice.

From the start Jonathan explained the whole process to us and let us know what to expect. Judy was extremely helpful with answering all of my financing questions, she was available ot me via phone and email and i just can't thank her enough for all of the help she provided me through this process. Kristy was our project manager and was so sweet to explain how things would be managed the day of installation. And of course i can't forget about the installation crew who from beginning to end explained what they would be doing and how long the project was going to take. They were respectful of our home and left it very clean once done. They also went out the finished product and made sure I was happy with the job and were glad to answer any questions I had. Can't recomment Harley Exteriors enough, will definitely have them in mind for our next home project! :)

Never went through with the job due to the very shady sales tactics. Their initial consulting appointment is a legitimate sales nightmare where they will do everything and anything to make you sign on the spot. They give you a lengthy spiel about their "exclusive windows" they make with a local manufacturer. The spiel is meant to exemplify the high qualities of this window and how no other window on the market compares to it (all others are "low quality builder grade" as they said). They keep asking rhetorical questions like "what did you think of the quality of this window? how do you like the frame structure of this window?" to hook you into falling in love with the window before they give you an astronomical quote for it. After 2.5 hours of just information read from a slide presentation or from various print outs (really, the sales person was reading line by line to us), we got a quote which we immediately said we would not decide on the spot on. This led to another 45 minutes of pulling miraculous discounts out of a hat in order to reduce the price (by 30%). If you sign on the spot, the discounts apply. If you don't, you lose them of course. These sales tactics completely turned us off, not to mention the insistence of the sales rep. After over 3 hours, we decided to just shut the whole thing off, asked the rep to leave because we were not going to decide on the spot. They occupied our whole evening, we had to get dinner at 10pm due to this. To my surprise, another company rep called a few days later to let us know they had a big order setup and would be able to reduce the price even further. I told them thank you but no thanks, we're not going to move forward. If the price can be reduced so much (it would have become comparable to the "low quality windows" they kept mentioning other companies install) then it means the initial price was grossly exaggerated and that there isn't that much of a difference in quality after all. Stay away from this company, there are so many other respectable companies out there.

Everyone was very prompt and friendly! We absolutely love our new windows. Our house is surrounded by neighbors with dog that bark a lot. We've definitley noticed a big difference now. Our home is much quieter inside now and the barking is not as loud as before. We've also noticed some difference in our electric bill going down a little. Robbin did a fantastic job in explaining everything to us and we didn't feel any sales pressure. He was willing to work with us and worked to ensure we met our project budget.

We decided to go with Harley Exteriors because they said if after they ripped up our old roof they would advise us of any old roof problems before going forward. Mike was helpful in letting know that was the case. We get extremely high winds here and so we wanted to have a reliable roof. The communication was really good!

They came in and the service was great. They were on time. They got it all done and the windows were clean when they left.

Kristy and the customer service was helpful. We were really impressed that the windows were able to be installed 3 weeks in advance! The installers were very polite and professional. With the hotter Summer days we have noticed that the house is cooler. The only thing we noticed could've been better was that the caulking could’ve been tighter and neater in a few spots. Other than that we’re happy with the service and the windows.

Everybody did an awesome job. Grady was very helpful.

The roof is beautiful. It feels cooler in the house with the hot weather because of the ridge vent. It feels like we have AC in our house in the Summer heat! Our neighbors have complimented our roof too. Mike did a good job of explaining the benefits of the roof.

The windows are much clearer and quiter! We love them. Connor and Kristi and were very helpful.
